The Unit i received is a great Price for this Desktop. Came in looking brand new. You can tell they have go thru the unit to re condition the unit. Looks brand new out of the box. Newly painted the case. Working Great. Came with a mouse and pad with keyboard. I am now going to update my monitor. I will all set. Thanks Joy Systems on a Job well done. R S

I purchased the refurbished HP/Compac desktop because it has an Intel I7, 16 GB Ram and 2 TB HD at very reasonably price. I needed a machine to manage my home budget. The PC had an annoying kink e.g. desktop kept rebooting at 8:30PM. It took me numerous youtube and a call to the refurbishing company to get the problem resolved. Now the machine runs great and when I power off, it stays off. I am very happy with my purchase. Worth the money.

Love it. It is a huge improvement from my 10 year old refurbished computer. With my old computer I would click on to a site or an action, I would leave get a cup of coffee, come back and it might be ready. This new computer rocks. It works extremely well and the storage is amazing. Plenty fast enough for the me. I would recommend this computer to anyone..

Great machine very fast but has a sound that is very evident When quiet.

Few scuffs and small dents on exterior cabinet that don't impact functionality.

Cheaper and better end product than trying to up grade my old computer. Gave me speed that would have cost me 3x for new. No issues. Just add a $30 WIFI antenna for conductivity.

I brought it home, dumped windoz, and loaded Linux. Now it runs as it should.

I recently purchased an HP Compaq Model 6300 from Best Buy that was refurbished by Joy Systems. I needed to upgrade my computer because it was an unsupported Windows 7 machine. The price was less than 1/2 the regular price. It arrived in two days and was packed securely. It was easy to setup and get up and running. Its fast and so far no problems at all. My only issue is with the mouse and keyboard that came with it. They look very cheap. I think I will stick with the mouse and keyboard I used with my previous computer.

This looked like a great inexpensive choice to get the processing power I needed to play MS Flight Simulator 2020. Since this PC doesn't come with HDMI outputs, it seems that most people will want to add a graphics card for an HDMI display. So, I ordered an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 to get the graphics power I needed and the HDMI ports. The case is too narrow by some 2 inches or more compared to my other desktops. The GTX 1650 fits in the PCI-E slot but extends well beyond the case. My only options are to return the computer or leave off the access panel to the motherboard and internal components.
