    Ordered this computed. My IT team when to boot it up and looked like everything was working, then went black and no longer will even boot. Entire motherboard is no good per my IT team. Total waste of time and money. So much for 'certified'.

    I went to pick up my refurbished desktop from Best Buy in Bridgewater on 2-21-20. When I checked the desktop, it was not a tower as per the picture on the website. The manager offered no assistance and I left deflated and un satisfied. I called corporate and they offered a refund and compensation, but when I returned the managers made no effort to provide a discount or offer any suggestions. I’m very disappointed with the Bridgewater Managers. I left with no computer.
