hard drive was actually bigger than expected but had problems within a month warning about drive failure. several dings on front of case. more memory would be nice but overall not bad for refurbished computer.

This 'Recertified HP PC' was purchased with a very specific task: utilizing a software program that moves VHS to digital files. An HP Z1 Workstation that previously was used to accomplish this task needed to be replaced. This purchase has exceeded expectations for this specific task. Whatever refurbishing had been done by PlanlTROI reflected quality work. While not necessary for its utilized task, the instructions for activating Windows 10 and the 18 month warranty information has just added to its possible additional uses.

Great value for the product, arrived at pick up earlier than scheduled and so far working great. Even came with the mouse and keyboard which I was not expecting.

About a month in, Can't say anything bad at all about this refurbished unit. Great, inexpensive option while working from home. Should note it doesn't have built-in Wifi, so you'll need an adapter.

Best Buy has always been OK. This little HP is not my main computer. It's my HamShack computer, and it does every thing that the Windows 7 machine did. Best of all is Windows 10 that came with the little HP is registered. I did run a hard wire for the internet, but big deal. We have been spoiled by wireless everything.

It's been a great unit s far. No issues whatsoever. Came with a 30 day warranty that I wasn't even aware of. Nice quality unit and so happy that I found out Best Buy sells refurbished units and stands behind what they sell.

Start key does not work, have to push it 10-20 times and it may or may not start. Also, very NOISEY. it’s going back, very frustrated, really needed this to work.

LIKE I'm GOOD I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY WITH BEST BUY FOR YEARS IN STORE AND ONLINE. this is the last time I'm not ordering anything literally the computer wont turn on at all.

It failed after 3 days. Ive had it back to Geek Squad 3 times. Each time it worked for several days then failed. After the third time, it failed again. I rebooted and its been working since ( 2 weeks). I’ve had it too long to be returned for refund or exchange. It’s only used for a program to collect data from a weather station in my backyard, so I don’t want to spend a lot for an expensive computer.

Amazing buy it has not given me any problems I used to be afraid to buy refurbished items but this changed my mind

Impeccable. It's getting the job done AND I really like the low profile and how easy it was to set up. I'm just a little disappointed in the quality of the keyboard and mouse that came with it. The mouse is constantly misbehaving. Ultimately it will cost me more. But it is a good machine and user-friendly.

Very good and I like it! So far no problem yet! After new year I will go to store to purchase another one!
