With a little technical experience this is a jewel and has worked perfectly for me. I'm a 79 y/o woman and had only a few very minor issues. One, it is not setup for WiFi so I had to buy and insert a little WiFi dongle into a USB port. Two, it does not have Bluetooth, but so what? I use an external keyboard, mouse and monitor and they all work perfectly.
I've been using tablets and laptops for eons and never knew what I was missing until getting this jewel. Windows 10 performs so much better and there's never a slowdown no matter how many tabs, browsers or apps are open at the same time. I could have paid thousands for an all-in-one. For this price and all the memory you cannot beat this offer.

I was surprised when it arrived. I was expecting it to be refurbed by HP, instead it was refurbed by a 3rd party.
Out of box monitor displayed disk error or non-system disk. Oh darn. I called customer support (3rd party re-furber). and was told to hit alt-ctrl-del. I was skeptical but tried this anyway. Amazingly it booted up on next pass.
The Ram size & hard drive capacity made this a low cost computer for my home office.

I purchased this PC for my job. It runs a National Instruments PXI system. This PC works very well for our application. We make extensive use of the USB 3.0 ports, and these ports work excellently. We have a Wifi-adapter in one of the ports on the back, and it allows Internet usage with no issues. Labview is quite a processor-intensive application, and this system handles it very well. Recommended for both home and office use.

The refurbished EliteDesk Desktop had a catastrophic failure within two hours of setting it up. The failure appears to be a motherboard issue. What this tells me is that the product was not thoroughly tested when it was refurbished. I
