Processor is slightly older but it runs like a new PC. The SSD makes a huge difference. Bought these to replace some old workstations and they are working great.

I don't usually do reviews because typically the initial purchase is always good.. glad I waited.. I have had this desktop for 8 months. it just completely stopped working. I did NOT buy the extended warranty (which honestly i ALWAYS do, idk why I didn't that day) but I still have 1 year right? WRONG...So I had to call HP for the manufactur warranty, come to find out that this was a 2016 computer and HP's warranty ran out years ago! I went to Best Buy.. they diagnosed it for free.. its the power supply or possible the ram itself. when going through their system they are not authorized to fix it because a JOY Systems is the ones who refurbished it. the geek squad in D'ville was GREAT & did all they could. bottom line.. unit was 5 YEARS old.. even with the extended warranty it wouldn't have helped.. i have always had good luck with refurbished but learned a costly lesson... NEVER AGAIN.

Needed to replace my wife's computer and stay within Windows 10 family. This refurbished desktop was perfect. Took a little longer to set up because Windows 10 did not recognize our older Epson printer, but eventually we discovered how to find the drivers and everything works perfectly.

It was okay. It wasn't wifi compatible and didn't recognize the printer. That was the only issues so I returned it.

Computer is great, really fast. Easy to use. Nice.

Purchased for school and personal use. It's fast, works great, all the features I need, and the case has enough room that if I need to do upgrades or repairs I can get to them easily.

I purchased this to replace an 7yr old Dell that was doing the slow death. I didn't want to spend alot so upon speaking to the sales person at the store, I settled on this HP. It turned out to be a very expensive brick. Would not turn on no matter what steps I took. Returned it to the store. This is the second computer I have purchased from them in the last two months that had to be returned.

I simply love this computer. It worked perfectly out of the box and I love the speed it given in comparison to my other computers.
