I got a great deal for a refurbished printer. I’m very used to using HP and I love its simple layout and options. This model has a touchscreen that’s very easy to use for anyone who needs basic printing and black and grey photos

Works when it wants eprint feature is out dated. Send it things to print and it will print a day later

We need a easy to use printer. This one was easy to set up and easy to understand. It scans and copy’s and prints wirelessly. I would recommend this printer to everyone.

I should have never bought it! It came perfect but when I installed the ink cartridge an error came saying that the it is an older generation cartridge that doesn’t work in this printer! How can you send me a cartridge that is not compatible with the printer? Now I’m not ever sure if it is really a cartridge problem or printer! Never buy a refurbished Item! Very disappointed.

With COVID closing up everything and making it unsafe to get out I needed a printer for some paperwork for online files. Works great, still haven’t run out of original ink yet.

Refurbished printer works great. It was much less expensive and exactly what I needed for my online degree. It also automatically prints double sided which is a great feature.

Very well rounded for its price point. Definitely a must have for a student. Everything you need out of a printer including color, scan, and fax.

I opened the package and it did have a User's manual in it only a piece of paper saying it is easy as 1 2 3 to set up well I followed the 123 directions and #3 it would not work. After a day of trying over and over to get step #3 to work, I finally call a HP technician and spent about 2 hours with him to get this working he had to get into my computer to see what aps i had or whatever he did to finally to get it to work. One thing he told me that since I use a hot spot to get online that the printer does not work well with a hot spot. that was not in the instructions so I am stuck with it. Oh one other thing it is much bigger than the picture looks. Not happy with that either.

Haven’t used it yet but am sure I will like it. My other one is FANTASTIC!!!! Works well even if I have been away for months!

Constant spooling issues, so I can't just quickly print something. Pushes the "print from PDF" function of the app, which is more tedious and often has loading errors. Since ink is on a page per month plan you can lose a lot of pages per month thru printing errors that you can't dispute. Larger documents of 30+ pages will hit a loading error halfway through. You end up waiting for the loading screen to time out, both wasting your time and charging your account for the full print job. Although you can cancel at any time, the ink doesn't work if you're not active. Only pros are the rates for ink are both easier to get shipped, and cheaper if you're printing frequently. But infrequent printing can be problematic and unreliable.

I'm pleased with the performance I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I'm glad I found this it was exactly what I wanted

If this was not such a good price I would buy any other brand. HP has a way of making it fail in a year for ink
