Amazing PC for half the price. Just got done setting my EXTENSIVE software and peripherals up on it. Thrilled with it so far.

The computer boots up in about 4 seconds and works very very well for all my computer needs except for advanced gaming so I recommend buying a graphics card.

First the charger would not fit, so online chat said to just take wrong charger to local store and they would simply swap it. Local store said there are no such thing as swapping parts. The associate said, "There's no way we can carry all kind of parts here." Regardless he rummaged in the back and returned with what looked like a laptop charger which he advised to try. "It may just work he says." (note, didn't bother to try see if the specification electrically would be comparable). It did fit and the power light in the back came on but just beeps and screen does not turn on. Went online again to see if they can ship the correct part, but they said they don't ship out the correct part (means they don't have parts lying around to ship I suppose, after all it's a HP machine). It's better that I just return the entire item was the suggestion. So means another trip to the store. The support need to know what can and cannot be done to save customers unnecessary trips to the store. An apology does not compensate the time wasted due to Best Buy support mistakes and incompetency.

Clear picture-easy to use and good value for the money

Nice markdown for this refurbished HP Pavilion 27; but, now it's making a weird high-pitched whining sound! :(

Great price, overall good machine, Windows crashed about 3 weeks in and I found out after 3 hours on the phone that because it was refurbished no restore software was installed. After much fighting and discussion Geek squad stepped up and reinstalled Windows, so far so good.

To tell the truth. I do not remember what happened to the computer so I don't know what to really say about it. I think the mother board went out. HP has always been a good product for me. Just luck of the draw I suppose

I bought this computer furbished, didn’t really work out well. Overall, the computer water really nice.

What a pain, HP had a issue with MS updates. Problem was patched. It took wiping the PC, getting a CD from HP and reinstalling everything. Works great now.

Affordable 27” touch screen. Almost flawless. Very easy to upgrade if needed.

Buter beware, system didnt com setup for optane, had to reinstall and setup windows by disabling optane. Speakers didnt work

I hesitated to buy a refurbished desktop, but bought it anyway and my greatest fears were realized. Purchased a brand new all-in-one instead.
