So far so good. I was reluctant to buy a refurbished tower but this one has performed nicely. I've only had it for a couple of months so I won't brag on it too much. Seems like a good machine. The price was definitely right!

The price point makes it possible to chose the minimum programs you actually need & use thereby saving money from huge bundled computers. The included 3 month Virus, Phishing & Adware work well & it's a new brand for us... we like it! Very quiet when running & it's fast.

The more the people at HP try to imitate the people at Microsoft, the more Apple stock increases. HP now has HP Assistant. There isn't much assistance. For two weeks I haven't been able to print, wirelessly to an HP printer located two feet away. There are no numbers to call. I did chat once, but the time it takes to correct these problems only makes Apple stock increase again. I will keep trying.

Arrived on time, simple yet very nice, great value for the money. Physically very nice and encountered no problems. Running well and fast too!

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished product, but now I am convinced. So far, so good, and setup was easy! My wife is using this for school and has not reported any issues at all. Great product for a great price!!

We replaced all our desktops with these and everyone is much happier. The processing speed when working is just what we needed.

I was looking for a pc for my home pc for business use and this met my expectations in terms of specs. and price.

This is a very responsive Windows ten computer. It does the job. Not a gaming rig by any means, but a very functional machine.

The operating system or hard drive was messed up. The system was so slow it took forever just to startup the computer and it took five minutes just to bring up like a dialog box such as the control panel. It took so long most of the time however, it would time out and give me an error message. Since, it was a refurbished model I wold have to deal with HP instead of Best Buy. I took the machine back and instead got a Cybertron gamer that was on sale for just a few dollars more. It is working fantastic and from that point of view I am glad it failed.

The computer is great. However, it came with nothing. No instructions, no system disks, no information, etc. I have no idea why I'm getting a notification that says the warranty expired BEFORE I even received the computer. Everytime I turn around, you're trying to sell me something, including a warranty. although I realize nothing is free, but is anything included? Who do I call if I have an issue? I don't know if I'll buy anything else from BB. Even in the store where I first went, your salesmen were rude and condescending, after waiting nearly half an hour to find one.
