I bought 2 of these towers a week a part...same error code forcing me to get a refund on Both! AUGUST 14, 2021 -- I bought my first tower...QUICK delivery service in getting to me! Boxed well..fired it up...2-days later get a black screen, frozen, error stating "Missing operating system__", that's not good. Plus the tower was loud, like something wrong. Kept it running a couple more days while I researched other units. -Took it back to Best Buy and Best Buy was 4 -Stars GREAT service on the return! However, they would not refund the "free" anti-virus (malware?) software price that they attached on initial payment? So beware they are keeping $15 on return. If you want to save the $15 out of principle...don't load it until you know the computer works for longer than two days. If you don't load it they'll give you the money back upon return. AUGUST 21st -- I bought the exact same unit. August 21st arrived on the 27th, again got it fast, boxed well. Set it up..fired it up, 2 days later...the EXACT SAME ERROR CODE! What that means is if you shut your computer down it won't boot up. Finally I hit the shift key at start up...it got me back on. This unit was not loud, running well...just can't shut it off or I might not get back on. I am keeping the computer on until I return it to Best Buy early next week so I can take everything I loaded onto it off. Again...Best Buy has said they will take this unit back no problem.

The price was right. The performance was adequate. I didn't see that it lacked the card reader. But, Ok. I set this up for a neighbor (widow). It fills here need. She's on a fixed budget. And then Covid-10 hit and I felt even better that I'd saved the $$. It seems to be more than responsive for her needs. There are a number of USB ports on the front and rear. I can get a card reader w/usb connection. Then, good to go.

I have always been careful of purchasing any refurbished products especially computers since they are usually older tech. This purchase was equipped with the current windows 10 Pro and was fast enough for my needs. So far so good

So far so good. Needed a quick replacement for my system and is a upgrade from what I had. Easy to set up. No issues.

As I said in my last review, geek squad did ok on fixing the vender the errors issues. the vender that sold this through best buy would not answer emails or voice mail SO I HAD TO CALL BESTSBUY. they fixed the issue. Computer is slow but does what I need

Computer is ok. No hdmi port, no Bluetooth. Shipped fast in good condition.

This desktop worked perfectly from the moment I connected it. I bought it for an ASD application and have never been disappointed. I was able to connect double monitors without a problem.

WiFi didn’t work had to order a part.i thought it came with it until I tried to setup at home.

easy to set up, easy to use, overall it is a great product.
