    Absolutely the worst printer ever. Extremely difficult and frustrating to install. It is not plug and play. I have a gaming PC running windows with the most absolute advanced hardware, and my PC does not pick up the connection to the printer. I tried using my laptop, and same issue. You try to run the setup wizard and the printer does not appear. Absolutely frustrating. Tried contacting support and they are useless. Please avoid at all cost. Save yourself time and frustration. Spent over 3 hours troubleshooting with no solution.

    I ordered two other label printers from another company, and neither worked. After a few frustrating months and sending them back, I came across this printer from Best Buy. My computers and other printers are all HP, so I was happy to see a brand that I am not only familiar with but have had great success with. It worked perfectly right out of the box with no issues, and I’m now finally able to print shipping labels!

    Super easy set up. Prints perfectly. Just make sure ti select 4x6 when purchasing labels or printing labels that were sent to you.
