I love my new computer tower! It was time!! I researched and scanned comparible computers and prices. This was a great buy for so much computer—it’s so much smaller, so much faster and powerful than my 6-year old computer. It’s fun getting to know it! Additionally, I had my data transferred from old to new. Technician was friendly, on time, efficient & helpful! I have had wonderful luck with Best Buy and would highly recommend.

Replaced older HP desktop with this one. Bought it for the memory and size.did not give it 5 stars because it could have had a few more USB ports available.

No problems so far. I like HP products. With the i7 this is a really good deal.

Have used it two months now and works fine, no surprises. I really enjoy the faster processor speed. It works well with my monitors and my sound-box. At 76 I don't need a video game machine and I don't think this system could be upgraded for a serious gamer, but for what I use it for I am happy. Also have an older system that struggles with the Windows 10 upgrades and updates. Such a relief to have a computer that can keep up with whatever comes along and work so fast. My very first computer had the old 8088 processor, amazing how things have changed for the better.

Like small size . A little noisy but easy to use. Has lots of memory and easy to set up. Windows 10 has been pretty easy to get used to using from window 7

Very happy with this computer so far. Can't beat the Black Friday price. Coupled with the fast Fios internet & with other tasks it's nice and fast. That especially since old machine was an XP. system. Only thing is, occasionally there's a vibration noise from the slim tower. When I touch top of the case it mostly goes away.

I bought this computer when the Christmas deals first starting because I was shocked to find one with an i7 processor for this price. The set up was quick, the computer is very low profile and there was NO extra software pre-loaded on the account. The one minus is that in an obvious effort to keep costs down, the system includes an ultra-cheap keyboard and mouse, but those are fairly inexpensive to upgrade.

After doing some research on various computers, I found this on sale at best buy. It was part of a black Friday offering. Wanted something with good storage, memory, etc. For the price, this computer is tremendous value and works perfectly. Set up was super easy.
