    I had to return and swap it for a different laptop because the screen was defective. It was nice while it worked, but it only lasted a few days.

    Geek squad handed my new laptop without completing the downloads necessary on my laptop. For the money I paid, I should have gotten better service.

    It was great.....while it worked. Which was only two weeks. I would have returned it to the store except that I was already on an overseas trip. Then a dozen or so keys on the keyboard quit working. It's being sent in to HP for repair now, but I'll never trust it again, and regret buying it.

    Loved it but it quit after 2 months. Got a replacement and it quit working after 3 days. Went with a Dell.

    So far, so good. I'm happy with my new laptop. Fast, great image quality. It comes with a leather laptop envelope so is easy to pack and take on the go. The price was right at the time I got mine so next time is on sale, go for it.
