Fast, good price, excellent battery life, great screen (LED model). Windows hello works great. Excellent typing experience. Large trackpad, older style clickable. Speakers are good for laptop. Fingerprint sensor is useful and placed in coinvent location. Port selection could be better, would have preferred charging via usb (it does support it, however power brick that comes with laptop uses traditional charging port). Minimal bloat, most can be uninstalled.

Its a little heavy but very fast processing and I love the stylus and touchscreen features. I had one of these before and wanted to replace with a similar model. I wish the had the copper & gold color as before. I love to buy electronics from best buy because they transferred all my data for free as a geek squad member and the process was easy.

Laptop is good. Have been using for 2 years now with no issues. Though its little heavy for a 360 fold touchscreen laptop. Rest everything is good.

I would recommend this laptop for everyone. It’s extremely easy to set up and use. It has great features like being able to turn into basically a tablet. My purchase came with a laptop cover and pen.

The case is a little delicate. I am a 5'5" female, and I was holding it in its Leather sleeve, and it became dented. I wasn't holding it tightly, just enough to keep it from sliding out of my hand. I am just glad that it didn't damage the screen. I will not be using the leather sleeve to carry the computer anymore as it has no handle, etc. I think that it was probably intended for scratch protection etc. They should probably label it as such. Overall the computer itself is Excellent. I think the precision of the pen could be improved upon, or it should give you the option to disable the multitouch screen and have it only accept the pen's input so you can rest your hand on the screen for small details, etc. I will say that it is an improvement over some alternative options just not as good as the Apple pencil on Apple devices. ( I still choose HP over Apple any day when it comes to Laptops)

Its stylish and fast. Amazing screen qaulity and very durable. Good battery and its pretty light so it can easily be put in a backpack.

I love this laptop great screen and the comfort of using it while laying in bed your hands and wrist lay perfect as you type. I always thought smaller laptops was better until now and the speed of the ram and applications top notch.
