    So far so good. Machine is very well built a little heavier than I expected. Performance is very good as is graphics. Have only had a short time but am very pleased with purchase.

    Definitely love the touch screen and the fact that it came with a screen pencil. Can be folded to become a tablet. Speed is great and fast!

    Its great for what I bought it for, which is photo editing, and I'm also able to play some games on it. Battery is good as long as you're not on full brightness, and I've had no issues with loud fans as some of the reviews had stated. If you're using it for web surfing, editing, or anything but gaming, the battery is awesome! Games for obvious reasons do tend to drain the battery faster.

    Had been an exisiting Spectre 13'3 user. The Build Quality was excellent already and with the new oled screen and reduced price offer , this machine is simply the best you can buy within windows eco system. I purchase this 13'3 oled and also the 16 inch oled together . This itself is a testimony of how impressed i am with the machines. Thanks best buy the price offer given was truly great and the staff helped me a lot for finalizing my purchase.

    Not sure what I was expecting from a more traditional 2in1. I have had a Surface product since the Surface Pro came out. This is a good all around product. I would like to screen to be able to get a bit darker, I find I use my computer is darker rooms often and I end up closing this one down because I know I am GLARING at the folks behind me. The speed has been pretty good, the cooling fan is very quiet (unlike my Surface Pro 6), the keyboard is nice and responsive. So far the battery does not last as long as advertised but I have run a timer. Time is the true test and I have only had this for about a month.

    Just 2 hours after opening a code popped up saying fan not working properly. Reviews show a lot of people experienced the same thing with this model. Couldnt take the risk for 2k machine and sent it back. Was not happy. Other than that I loved the display. Beautiful screen and colors and seemed to run fast
