You really can't go wrong here. 8gb RAM and the SSHD make this thing blazing fast and operational almost immediately. Screen is crystal clear and the overall design is sleeker than anything. I read dozens and dozens of reviews on all versions of this, the Lenova, Surface's, and Dell variety 2-1's and this easily came out on top. It hasn't disappointed.

I bought this one for a salesman at my business. I have the I7 version and like it - this one has the I5 chip, but I do not see any difference in operation of big spreadsheets and other business uses. Works good in place of a desktop using it for a 2nd monitor, with a 28 inch monitor as the main screen. I did buy a USB to eithernet converter to get faster downloads of big files and would like to have a real eithernet mini port, but for most uses, the wireless works fine, and the antena seems to be senstive enough to work in most locations.

I purchased this laptop to replace one that died. I am not a huge fan of Windows (my PC is an iMac), but I need to have a Windows device for work due to the software that we use. With that being said, I really like this computer. It's easy to use. The touchscreen and flip features are convenient. It is light and compact. The one thing missing on this computer is a CD-Rom drive. I didn't realize how much I used it until I didn't have one. Overall, I would recommend this computer.

So far I am enjoying this computer. It's fast, screen is nice, 360 design is convenient and battery seems to last a long time before I need to charge. I haven't used it too much for anything other than basic use, i.e. email, surfing the web, watching t.v., movies, etc, so can't comment too much on more advanced features. My only con so far is sometimes I have to click more than once (both touchscreen and touch pad) for it to recognize. Other than that I am happy with it.

I'd been using this 2-in-1 for about seven weeks and it has not disappoint me. It is fast, lightweight, decent size drive and it came with Windows 10 which is much better than Windows 8.

Pros include the form factor which is very slim, nice keyboard tactility, good looking screen and resolution, SSD is nice, wireless connections have so far been stable. Cons include the oversize touchpad which is susceptible to unintentional inputs from your palm during typing. Touchpad right left clicks need a little effort to click each time, wish it was more like the Macbook clicks.

Light, impressive speed at startup/turnoff, Xtra-long battery life (8+hrs), high quality screen, its soft-like-silk keyboard is a total plus. Two small trade offs: touch screen seems a bit approximative on some websites (although it's probably from MS Edge navigator) and it warms up a bit more than my old Asus UX31A. Totally worth the price, though.

I have purchased 8 of these computers for my technical engineers and they all love them. I use one myself. Easy to set up, easy to configure, it is a laptop and tablet in one. The hinge in hidden and never an issue when switching between the two modes. Colors are brilliant, speed is lightning fast and the WfFi and Bluetooth work exceptionally well.

I previous preferred the Lenovo Pro 2 (after having reviewed most of the laptops at this level), and was hoping the Pro 3 would be a stellar upgrade. Due mainly to the selection and a poor implementation of the iCore M chip, the Pro 3 was not the next step. Instead, when the Spectre x360 came out, it has impressive stats and a nice build feel. I have now purchased three different x360 models, and have been very happy with all of them. My fav was the i7 with the high res screen. On this one, I went with the i5 and lower res screen for its intended purpose, an older user (which the lower res 1920x1080 is better suited). Even with the standard HD screen (lower res), it is beautiful to look at and holds it own against other higher end laptops. With Windows 10, 8Gig ram works really. The SSD performs to average for the class, and steps above laptops with standard or even hybrid HDD. Overall the laptop is really well rounded, is on the upper end of the performance ratings, and is an excellent upgrade. These units have now been out for a while and you should be able to find a good sale. I highly recommend them (at least until the next models are released).

The HP Spectre 2 in 1 laptop is an excellent design. It has all the features I was looking for. The Windows 10 came loaded so I did not have to retrofit, nice. My only disappointments so far are the operating system. First use of W10 so learning curve is part of it, but it did not come with a media player software that will play the accessory CD/ DVD player/ writer I bought separately. The reviews on what is available for W10 are not promising so far. Go Microsoft...another Beta release for sale?

Windows 10, minimum screen size of 13.3", and a real keyboard for a required application narrowed our choice. It was about 2 lbs. lighter than other products and it's 2-in-1 design was also a good compromise between a tablet and notebook design. The product has been and is expected to work well based upon our past multi-year and multi-OS success with HP products.
