My old HP had key and heat problems plus it was large and heavy. The Secrtre 360x was getting great reviews so I thought I'd take the plunge. I couldn't be happier. Some reviews have complained about its heat and the fan but I haven't found it to be any worse than any other laptop I have used, in fact quieter and not near as noisy. I like it.

I purchased this for personal use and am very pleased with the design, as it is carefully thought out. This notebook has one usb port and two side (right side) usb c ports which need adapters to connect other devices. One caveat, the only way I found to disable the trackpad, which in my experience causes inadvertently clicking on it is to connect a bluetooth, wireless, or other mouse and in settings change the computer to disable trackpad on external pointing device present. The keys are low profile and the default mode for function keys is to control the secondary functions such as brightness, volume. I am use dto pressing a function key to do this, but this feature is inverted on the notebook, where F1, F2, F3 are activated by pressing function key + F1, F2, or F3.

This is a great laptop. Powerful, light and beautiful.
I am running heavy computation on it with no issues.
On the short side, there is only one USB port which is kind of annoying if you need more than one.
Also, the CPU fan starts running almost immediately. But it is not that bothering.

Had the machine about a month now and it works well.
It's a nice weight and has a good feel to the keyboard.
Still getting used to the touch pad as I seem to inadvertently move to mouse while typing. It has plenty of processing power, doesn't seem to slow down with multiple applications running at the same time.
So far I Like it.

I love my spectre for drawing and creating art with the surface pen. The pen that came with the spectre is not that great.

This thing is sweet. Purr's like no tomorrow, fast as all heck. Love the pen feature, I might even start drawing again! I was debating this versus the larger version, glad I went with this one because I think the larger would have been to much to hold as a 'tablet' function, all though I'm sure the screen is better, I'm good with the screen on this one, plus it's a 4 hour boost in battery life.
Pros: Fast, Keyboard has a great feel, overall laptop is solid. Screen is great and folds back and forth solidly. I'm all about USB C so all my devices are easily connected.
Cons: Is it just mine, or does the touch pad seem loose? It definitely feels a bit loser than my previous macbook, though I think I had a similar issue when I had a macbook air. Something I'm glad I gave up for a touch screen. And it's more of a windows/chrome thing, but I don't like how the keyboard comes up in tablet mode. Not as cognitively fluent as I'd like.
Overall, amazing machine!

This has worked great for online access and work. It is lightweight and easy to switch to tablet mode. The screen has great resolution, but is slightly smaller than I am used to. The keyboard keys are fairly stiff, so you can't accidentally type while using the touchscreen.

I have decided I am not a fan of Win10 save its "ink' concept. I like to take notes on printed meeting agendas. I plan to try doing so on an electronic meeting agenda. I was initially hesitant about an HP laptop as prior experience with them left me disappointed with their LCD screens - I find them hard to read. This screen, however, is fantastic. Perhaps a bit small @ 13.3 inches but I wanted portability and this PC is light. Just recently used it sporadically over a three day period (about 8 hours total) without recharging and the battery indicated 30% remaining. I wish it had one or two more standard USB ports.

Since I'm not in class, I haven't used it much yet. Seems pretty cool. I like the multi gesture touch pad. Only has one USB port which might be annoying. Doesn't have an Ethernet port. I know these are nearly obsolete, but I travel to rural areas where they aren't.

This is an awesome design from HP, i gifted this for my best friend as she was traveling to Germany for a short term assignment. The performance of the laptop is great. She was very much happy as it is weightless and slim. I believe this is a great laptop for travelers and officials.
