Poor product quality

On both the trackpad was lose and made a clicking noise even when I wasn't clicking. Ultimately I returned this and bought a Lenovo. Just too many build quality issues for HP these days.

Screen is good and totally adequate for all tasks, but could be a bit brighter. In retrospect the 4K version might have been a more future-proof option. Battery life is outstanding (all day for me, mostly surfing and watching video) lower screen resolution definitely helps here. Significantly cheaper than a comparable Microsoft laptop with a much more flexible design

Pretty much perfect

Set up was extremely easy, so I could get to using it really quickly. It's extremely fast with the 7th gen i7 core and 16 gb RAM. And I probably won't ever have to worry about running out of space with the 512 gb solid state drive, but I also don't download movies, games, or other items that take up a lot of space. Overall, great purchase and I'm glad I made it!

I love the speed and portability of this laptop

It is very quick to start up and the face recognition is getting better. It has a fast processor. I don't do gaming. I use it for web surfing, Quicken (personal finance), and Microsoft Office. It has met all of my needs and looks great.
