    My webcam had hardware issues new out of the box. There was a pink ring around the image of the webcam. The HP Support was helpful but concluded it was a hardware issue and told me I had to exchange it or send it in for a repair. So instead, I exchanged it for a Dell XPS (Model Number: XPS9365-7926BLK-PUS) and I'm very happy with the decision. I think the build quality is much better than the HP. Also don't discredit the noise of the fan from the other reviewers. It's really noticeable! The tech rep told me it's because HP uses a less efficient i7 processor compared to the one used in the Dell XPS. It also gets very noticeably hot! Though the HP comes with a pen and sleeve, it was a bit gimmicky for me.

    Did a lot of research for this one. It came down to Spectre x360 13, XPX 13, and MacBook Pro. Considering specs, 2 in 1 flexibility and price this was the winner for me. Well made, beautiful laptop. Almost got it with 4K but I thought it was overkill. 1080 is more than enough for this size. Tablet mode is very good considering is a regular laptop.

    In using the hp computer I found that it was more realistic priced and appeared larger than the other computer that I was considering purchasing (Dell XPS). I needed it for classes over the summer and it has prover ti be great to take notes on and play course video lectures on.

    I've only had the Spectre for a month, so I cannot speak towards the computer's longevity, but so far it has met or exceeded all expectations. It boots up in seconds and works just as well in tablet mode as laptop mode. The keyboard and trackpad are as good as you can get outside more expensive macbooks, and the pen input is quite good.
