    I purchased this laptop thinking I was getting a quality product considering the price ($1,500). But I've had nothing but problems with this lap top. Fortunately, I purchased the insurance and I highly recommend you doing so of you decided to purchase this product. I've had it sent to geek squad 3 different times in the span of 6 months. It over heated, screen didn't work, keyboard didn't work, and it would stay in tablet mode. I just got it back today, so I'm hoping I will no longer have issues with it.
