Great all around laptop with what you'd expect from a very portable 2 and 1. The only shortfal is the track pad. Settings adjustments helped a bit but still not better than the Surface and the 910.

This is a great computer. I like the slim design when it's closed and the 10 second startup/shutdown time is awesome too. Everything about it is great except for the large track pad. I sometimes click it when I don't mean to.

Simply well-designed and executed, the Spectre X360 13" unit. I was able to get a very good price on the unit, so I bought two. I was especially happy that they were endowed with SSDs with a 512 GB capacity, and 16 GB RAM.

The Best Buy product description said it had an HDMI port. It did not. I had to buy an adapter. Best Buy refused to pay for the adapter. The product is excellent; the advertising was false.

Takes a little while to learn, but then I'm not real techy. But serves the purpose just fine for me. Great HD and quality. I would recommend to a friend, however a little pricey.

Bought this open box after frying my Mac with coffee. Battery life isn't as good but it has a lot of great new features and the processing speed is great. Very happy.

This is a sleek and simple laptop. It's large enough to type comfortably on, but the frame doesn't extend any farther than it has to for the bare minimum. One thing that's interesting is there is only one USB port. One. That's it. That's all, besides the charging port of course. The operation is smooth and the touch screen is quite responsive. It could be a little faster, though, for the price.

I was in need of a new computer. The HP spectre has exceeded what i needed. It was an open box buy which i was very skeptical to purchase....but so far i have not had any problems.

I've had this for almost 2 months now, and the laptop runs very fast. I also like the slim design it's definitely portable. I did experience heating issues occasionally, but not as often as some others have described. I also mostly use this by connecting it to a docking station that I have, so it's possible that it does have the heating problem but I just don't feel it. The trade off to the small size is definitely sacrificing ports with only one USB 3 and two Thunderbolt. As mentioned above, I use it with a docking station most of the time so this doesn't bother me. One other small thing that bugs me is the power button is on the side, and when I'm not using it with my docking station and need to move around a lot, I always hit the power button accidentally to put it to sleep. This is also my first laptop that has the power on the side and not inside/under the monitor.

I have done a lot of research online to find myself the best possible laptop I could for my purposes, which are mainly to get work done (Excel mainly) and entertainment (Netflix/Youtube/surfing). This 2 in 1 is such a great concept and has had loads of positive reviews billing it as the "best 2 in 1 ultraportable on the market". This may be true in concept with all of the bells and whistles like a very nice 1080p screen, 2 Thunderbolt 3 ports, light, battery life, and build quality. The issue is that in when you buy the machine and bring it home, there are bound to be issues with it especially if you are as picky with technology as I am. I had exchanged this unit directly with Best Buy 3 times and I even bought it directly from HP because they state that being "customized and built directly by HP will have all the newest engineering changes". This turned out to be just as flawed as I have run into the following issues: Dead pixels, loose trackpad, loud buzzing high pitched fan, and more dead pixels. This is unacceptable for a product of this price level. The "premium" Spectre Laptop line by HP is not built to premium standards. If you aren't picky like me and can overlook a dead pixel here or there, or a loose trackpad, then this really is the best laptop you can get in its price range. But don't expect the 10 or so hours battery life they promise. It's closer to 6 hours in normal usage (mostly web browsing).

good laptop. bought it few weeks back. was looking for a 13'' laptop, portable and not too heavy, fast processor, didn't care much about a big hard disk size, solid state drive (so it would boot up fast). I was debating between dell xps13 and hp-spectre. both had similar specs and pricing. got a good deal on the spectre and decided to go with it. laptop works good. battery life is good. comes up real fast. happy so far.

This laptop is very thin and light; perfect for people who like taking their laptop on the go. It also comes with a leather sleeve and pen. One problem is the fan; as soon as I uboxed and turned the laptop on to start a windows update, the fan turned on. The bottom of the laptop also gets quite hot when the cpu is at 100%. Otherwise, this is a perfectly good laptop.

I've had this computer for about a month now and have not ran into any real problems. It runs programs quickly, feels light, and looks sleek. The price it's going for is pretty good when comparing to similar items, and HP is a dependable brand. The only inconvenience I've found with the computer is that it can get pretty warm if you've been using is for a while or you run a fairly extensive program.
