    Laptop crashed within first thirty days. Best Buy wont exchange the item. Very disappointed with HP and Best Buy. This is not an inexpensive item.

    Computer is really fast. I love it! Love the color, the slim look, it’s not heavy. It comes with a protecting case which prevents it from getting scratched in my backpack.

    Great laptop. Bought two 16GB cards to upgrade to 32GB and works flawlessly. Works great with the 16GB, don’t get me wrong. Love the pen and the 4k screen.
