Had to replace an older laptop. This one met the size and speed needs. Battery life is very good.

It's fast, the graphics are gorgeous, and I was able to transition from my old laptop in a few days.

Super fast laptop. The weight distribution is perfect. Comes with an hp pen that writes well on the touchscreen. The leather pouch helps protect the laptop when storing or transporting. The laptop is built very solid. I use the 2 in 1 feature all the time and the hinges have a rugid feel. The 4k diplay is beautiful. Highly recommend this laptop to anyone.

Very lightweight computer with a clear screen resolution. Compact with long battery life.

It not only works great, but looks great too. I love the physical colors of the laptop. It run adobe illustrator with ease. My only complaint is with the touch screen. It was difficult to draw on it with the stylus that came with it. I wish it was able to differentiate a hand touching it from a stylus, like the iPad Pro can do. Because of this I never really used this feature

It's responsive, capable, and has more than enough memory for what I'll use it for. I love the touch screen. This is my first laptop and so far it has done everything I've needed it to do. I bought an external disk drive and external USB ports to complement the functionality this unit already has. The unique color was a draw for me. It's a little heavy but I didn't want to compromise on the screen size. Great buy at Best Buy!

This lightweight laptop is just what I needed. It has pretty good battery life and a great screen!

I purchased two (2) of these - one College, the other High School. Once loaded up with all of the desired software, etc., I let the two kids go at it learning about their device and setting each up to their own desires. They loved them. The one in college was looking for something slim and light to carry across campus. The other was elated to have such a great looking laptop. Visually, it's a wonderful looking slim laptop. It will exceed all their needs - and mine. However, there are a few little quirks ablout it that maybe could have been addressed. There is ONLY (1) USB port. With so many USB "needs" nowadays, having at least 2 ports is almost a must have. Utilizing an external CD/DVD drive, we resolved this issue by utilizing the "C" port with an adaptor to use multiple USBs. Problem resolved. The final quirk is the location of the on/off button. It's not on the keyboard surface or any of the sides like previous HPs. Angled at a 45 degree slant on the back lefthand corner is where you will find it. We thought it was an awkward place for it. Otherwise, it looks great and sounds even better. Music, videos, and movies are constantly playing..!!

It's fast and fast and fast. Though I am not from tech back ground I can feel that difference. Little upset with camera but other hardware like audio is OK. Noticed few glitches yesterday with touch screen in piano app. It may be app but frequently laptop didn't respond to touching keys in app but found no issue with other apps. Felt hinges connecting screen and keyboard should be a bit tighter as we can notice it getting slide by itself under gravity at some angles.

I really like this laptop. Has the speed I was looking for and the 500gb SSD adequate for most usage. In my case, I added two 5tb external SSD drives. I'm an old-school guy so don't like the Windows 10 platform as much as Windows 7. Becoming too much like apple for me. I hope and expect to get long and functional service from this unit. Best Buy had early sale pricing which saved me $500 (30%).

The speed as and the lighting keyboard are better than what I was expecting.

Worth the purchase, crystal clear 4K display, super nice touch screen response.
