Great computer. Very light and easy to carry. Extremely fast overall. System fires up quickly with solis state drive. Screen was very clear and bright. Definitely don't need 4K screen 256k storage is plenty and so is 8 g of ram too I recommend rltgus to anyone who is a road warrior, wants speed, flexibility and great sysem

I'm no computer expert, but I've used several laptops. This is by far the best laptop I've bought. It does everything I could ever want a laptop to do, screen positioning is versatile and meets every need, they keys are well spaced and good sized, the speakers are excellent. But my favorite aspect is that the machine stays cool on my lap for as long as I'm using it. It is quite enough to use anywhere, and the battery lasts all day.

This never worked for me, and I spent hours and hours on the phone with HP support. In the end HP was going to ship me a product that would completely restore the computer. But then the two week return window would have ended, and I would have ben stuck with this lemon and likely many more hours with HP support for the duration of the warranty. I had NO confidence that their solution would work anyway, since they had insisted at every stage - "now THIS will solve the problems." I purchased this on a strong Consumer Reports recommendation, so I was even more disappointed. I run a small business and lost many hours of productivity just trying to get this computer to work, let alone do actual things with it. I'm extremely busy, and don't even have time to write reviews. But if I can save even one person the headache I went through, it will be good karma for me.

I use this computer for my Marketing Business and it handles graphics quite well. I also like being able to draw on the screen to explain things to clients.

Awesome buy for someone who travels quite a bit. The notebook is very light and with the ability to covert it to tablet, it becomes useful in many ways!

Laptop is very quick responding. Was easy to set up and connect to wifi... it did all the work. It has a nice design and look to it, with a backlit keyboard....and is extremely thin compared to my prior laptop.

I needed a work computer that was very portable and very fast, and this computer has been perfect for my needs! After getting all my programs and files loaded onto it, it still starts up in 8 or 9 seconds. Depending on how I use it, the battery lasts me anywhere from 6 to 8 hours, but I'm sure I could get it to last longer than that if I dimmed my screen more. For being such a thin/lightweight computer, the speakers have very good volume, good balance through the mid and treble range, and great clarity. The bass is seriously lacking, but that's normal for a computer of this size. I personally never use this computer in tablet mode since the big 15 inch screen size makes it a bit awkward to handle as a tablet in my opinion. I have no complaints about the speed. I often have multiple programs running on two screens, yet the computer still seems blazing fast. However, I've never tried any really demanding apps/games on it, so I don't know how well it would handle that kind of stuff. Based on the specs, I'm assuming it's probably not an ideal computer for gaming, but it's perfect for work. Especially if you don't need tons of storage space but you want something that's very portable, starts up fast, and runs fast, then I would highly recommend this computer!

bought for son, for school outside usa. it works great, I don't like it, he does. (matters most) I don't like the FRAGILE feature. not at all. it works just like all my many laptops. (have 5) but is cute,thin and light, but is not rugged like mine are. Cons, only cons matter, what lap tops do PRO wise is obvious. 1; weak and fragile. 2: dim at the beach, 3: no Ethernet or HDMI ports. (cost extra "dongals" 4: moves around with touch screen usage (dances) 5: to use on a trip get a rugged case or its doomed. 6: costs 2 to 3 times what it is worth, really.! Ok one pro, it's cute, just one. pro... (but so are my running shoes)

I have had this laptop for about 6 weeks now and just got back from a 3 week business trip. I used it everyday and not once did I have any problems. The battery easily lasted throughout the working day with still having more than 50% left. Surfing, checking e-mail, playing games, or editing pictures. I have not found anything that I can't do that I wanted to. I also received many compliments on the look of the laptop.

Just got this in the mail and the processor was only a 6th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-6200U. The description says it should be an i7. False advertising. How can I get the i7 processor?

This is my very first laptop, I did a lot of research online, I wanted a 2 in 1 touch screen, and this beauty won my Heart. This thing is AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, I love the weight of it, it doesn't feel cheap. I got it from Bestbuy Buy open Box, it is truly Beautiful, no problems at all.It looks So Amazing, I love everything about it. The look feel size 15", Color. It's Packed with all of the features that I wanted, and then some. I am Very satisfied!!! I recommended this laptop to everyone!

I liked the laptop, it met my expectations but did not wildly exceed them. However, when my laptop broke and I sent it in, that's when the real nightmare began. I reported the issue in July, and weeks later my laptop was recycled instead of repaired without my permission. I lost all my photos from my trip to Italy because of their neglect. A gift card solution was proposed (for Hp.com ONLY) which i accepted because there is no point in crying over a recycled laptop. That was in August, it is nearly mid august and NO ONE IS REPLYING TO ME ABOUT WHEN TO EXPECT MY GIFT CARDS. Once every 7+ emails (by the way, send lots of e-mails or else you will be ignored) they will reply to you with a canned answer that doesn't answer ANYTHING you asked. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Worst than cable internet (YEA THAT BAD). STAY AWAY. Your laptop will break and when you warranty it, you will literally be out a laptop with nothing to show for it. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
