You get what you pay for. It's a good laptop for the price and usage. Got for my son for his school work. Slow because not much memory but does most function easily.

I had to remove the S mode in order To download the apps I needed for work as they were not I the Microsoft store through this laptop. It also doesn’t move as fast as our other laptop. Yet for the price I’m very happy.

My eye become week and it is difficult to read any mail on iPhone As long as I carry this laptop, it is small and each to carry but I can see mail better than iphone

Bought this for my 12 year old so he can learn how to use a computer. Not the fastest but for the price i couldn't let it pass

Bought it for basic use- Microsoft office, internet, etc. I didn’t want to spend a lot, so I was aware I would be getting what I paid for. It does what I need. It’s not the best or fastest, but it was cheap.

I really like this laptop. However, it rather slow and you are not able to save very much on it because it slows it down even more. I have to save everything externally so it doesn't slow it down even more.

This HP laptop offers fast refresh, good battery life and substantial memory for a bargain price. Lightweight and functional, all major streaming services have sufficient memory to function appropriately

There is a lot to love about this laptop - the compact size; the full, easy to use keyboard; the operating system; THE PRICE! Sadly, I found it to be soooooo sloooooow, that it is virtually unusable. The typing lag and slow keyboard response is intolerable. I wasn't doing anything complicated with it - just email and Word documents. After a week, I had to return it. To their credit, BestBuy gave me a full refund.

It is a very compact computer and it is so easy to use. I will recommend it for anyone.

This laptop is good, great in size but does process slowly than normal when browsing the internet. I was also told when buying it came with Microsoft office for a year and that was my main thing and it didnt.

I bought this laptop for my daughter for her online learning. She loves it. It is the perfect size for an 11 year old and she is able to use it for online meetings and to complete her work.

This is a great PC to use on a plane. Fits on all trays and provides additional space on the tray while traveling. Glad I purchased this style.

I love this laptop. I caught it on sale for $199. My reasoning for this purchase is that I wanted my 5th grade son to have his own laptop. Since he will soon be on his way to middle school. This would be great for any assignments or projects he would have to do. Set up was very simple. It is linked to my account so anything he requires to download goes thru me. Great Buy

I purchased this mainly because my husband needed a small computer to travel with on business. He did not want a Chromebook and this was the next best thing. It is pretty light and the price was right. It was $209. It isn't his everyday computer but it certainly does the job. He uses it for research and word and excel documents. It seems to work great.

I bought this laptop for online classes and I couldn’t be happier with it. For the price it is a good deal. It is not really fast if you have more than two tabs open but they also told me at Best Buy that it wouldn’t be which I am fine with. I only use it for school work and it works great.
