This specific one - Ryzen Processor and Nvidia GPU - was cunstructed of spare parts. I returned it because it was trapped in a boot cycle.

Worked for about 7 months then proceeded to get boot issues and now it does not even turn on, maybe I just got unlucky but would not recommend this laptop from personal experience

The computer is great and all but the time i go to use the product its slower than a computer at a hotel and everytime i try to use it it doesnt want to work

I thought this would be a cheaper alternative to the computers I really wanted and I was wrong. This computer comes with HDMI however you have to pay money in the hp store to upgrade drivers. Calls to the store were made, but no answers were provided. My advice is, don't let this be a cheaper alternative. Pay the extra 100-+ for the computer you really want. Now for the HP store, it fn sucks. Here is an example of how bad they are. I have a Ring security system. Of course i would love to see the camera through my computer, but you cannot down load the App. It says, you don't have devices eligible for needing this ap. So it made the decision for me to not have it. So it wouldn't let me download anything for my Smart devices. I also have a car with wifi. It checks maintenance and other things. This computer won't let you add it. What I had to do is find a free emulator for Android. However, for the apps I need, going through the emulator leads to several ads that have to be watched in order to use it.

Super flimsy and cheap. I wouldn’t say this is great. The Ryzen 7535hs as far as i know is pretty good, but whoever paired it with a 2050 wasn’t very smart. The gpu bottle neck is insane, and i don’t think i’ve played a game even on medium settings without getting like 50 fps. It’s great for all other aspects besides gaming.

I’ve been building computer my whole life and finally wanted something a little more portable on the go since I move frequently. This laptop has been horrible too me. The battery doesn’t even last an hour and if it’s not plugged in the graphics/fps is horrible. Expected a lot more for what I paid for, better off building another desktop system to travel around with.

Bought as a gift for my daughter and haven’t used them yet. She wanted them and this color fit her personality/likes.

I am dissatisfied with the graphics and the display goes dark between screenshots. Despite owning the laptop for less than two months.

It’s ok. Needs more ram.aside from that the computer works ok.

I have now had this laptop just over 1 year. Literally right after HP's warranty period. And the mobo fried. I did a little bit of research online and apparently this is a known issue. Several people have had the same thing happen to them.

It made me give 1 star to post. After just a little over a year like a month past the CPU went out on my computer. I called hp hoping they would help me but they were no help. I didn't buy the extended warranty so that's on me. But really the computer worked for 13 months. Just not acceptable when I paid nearly $800

Nice laptop for students with great specifications

Laptop is fine is build quality, lower end gaming specs. My main concern and reason for low rating the fact that mine had a defective battery that couldnt hold a charge right out of the box. A very expensice paperweight.

Used the machine maybe five times in 15 days and all of a sudden it won’t turn on. “Customer service” at my local best buy told me it’s one day over, you aren’t a plus member. Too bad, so now I have to go through HP’s RMA process. I am disappointed that the store wouldn’t make an exception for one day, seriously done spending money at Best Buy. With service like that they wonder why they are on their way out.
