Blown away by this 4k release! The last time I saw this movie was on vhs and it’s such a huge upgrade for me. The real film shots of the movie look clear and sharp like it was a movie filmed this year. I worried maybe the only thing that wouldn’t hold up was the cgi for hulk and other characters but even they look amazing! Honestly even better than The Incredible Hulk (2008). And of course the audio was great too! This is a MUST have for 4k collectors interested in superhero films!

The disc flew under the radar. Incredible screen play. Excellent cast. Nick Nolte should of won a Oscar for his performance. This 4k transfer is A+. In my opion the finest looking 4k disc I've ever seen. I watched it, on Sony AH8 OLED/Oppo 203. I was dumfounded on the brilliance of this 4k presentation.

this was for my son so this is all from his point of view " i saw this originally in the theaters way back, and was always fond of this version of the hulk, and was bummed when i looked some months ago that there was no 4k version, only for the 08 edward norton one. Then one day sure enough i saw the news that this one would be getting a 4k release i was so happy and couldnt wait to watch it. something to keep in mind the majority of the film was shot in film so it of course benefits greatly from the 4k scan , clarity is great with many details that likely wouldnt have been seen before colors are great also, hdr is a great addition assuming you have a capable and well calibrated tv. Sound is also wonderful with the dts x master, but like all movies its sometimes difficult to watch at night because the dialog can be quiet at times and then the action is mastered at a much higher volume. i cant speak to the height representation as i dont have ceiling speakers but otherwise the sound is clean and detailed and the surround is immersive. the cgi of course doesnt benefit nearly as much as the film but to be honest when they do these 4k movies i dont know if they just upscale the existing cgi or if they actually re render it, but all the same the slower scenes/up close shots of the hulk actually do reveal details that i never knew were there, such as pores on hulks skin of the higher action scenes like him running across the desert do look a little funny but honestly all around its fine, the only off thing about the hulk cgi is how green he is , yes i know hes supposed to be green but its just such a saturated cartoony green , it doesnt take away from the movie though. it still looks amazing and better than i expected. all in all if youre a fan of this specific movie and have a good tv and sound system it should be a no brainer and youll have a good time"

It's a funny book art film, seeped in metaphor for emotional scars and the human condition, with some great cinematography and truly innovative editing with the comic panel transitions...not to mention a stellar job from Bana as the emotionally repressed then unleashed Banner, Connelly is perfect as Betty (and absolutely gorgeous as well), Sam Elliott is a great General Ross, and while the CGI maybe hasn't aged that well it is a great representation of the Hulk. It is massively flawed though, with Nolte the worst offender just way too OTT when the part called for silent menace, and the dude who plays Talbot is basically a jock ripped from an 80s teen comedy. Not to mention the complete stupidity of the Hulk dogs. Yeah, it stops short of being great, at times even not so good, but I love it anyway. 4K is the way to watch this. Absolute flawless video and booming audio.

Now this is the first Movie of the Hulk but it’s kinda/sorta part of the MCU but the Characters are excellent just like the Actors Eric Bana played David Banner just like the Television Series and Nick Nolte played His Father Bruce Banner but They didn’t continue with the sequel They wanted so They rebooted it to become part of the MCU to connect with Iron Man under the new name The Incredible Hulk played by Edward Norton as Bruce Banner, but unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts when it came to reprising the role for the first Movie of The Avengers He passed the baton to Mark Ruffalo playing Bruce Banner aka: The Incredible Hulk!

Ang Lee did his version of the Hulk and like fine wine it gets better with age..Love the full screen 4K beaming on my 58" Sammy..and while the CGI Hulk is a little on the light green side..this version is much more like the comics where Hulk makes might leaps over mountains even gliding through the air with ease way high up..and of course there is Nick Nolte's over the top psychotic David Banner to deal with..I love his last line before he goes Lightning..you wanna see me go..watch me GO!

This may not be an Incredible movie (that's the other one :) ) but it's not bad. Ang Lee's style is a little different but it plays like a comic boon (as intended). The highlight of this is the new 4K transfer. it breathes new life into this movie. The details in the close-ups are very good. I'd say this is one of the better 4K movies out there (visually). I collect all super-hero type movies, so this was a no-brainer even though it's not Disney's MCU. If you like this genre grab it and see the Hulk in all his 4K raging glory.

Hulk smashing 4k of a good time. This 4k was what I expected from the title. Some of the scenes come off a little to dark but the 4k quality is still there. From the beginning to the end you can tell you are watching a better quality version of the film. Yes Hulk is still CGI and may not look as good as Ruffalos Hulk but it is still worth the viewing

I saw this when I was a teenager and I did not like it, I expected awesome action scenes. But now that I saw it again I loved it! I still can’t belive the old cgi held up so masterfully! And this hulk movie is the least popular one. Awesome origins story! Too bad one of the major scenes still got blurred out because marvel back then didn’t want to show blood. To me, this is the greatest hulk movie out there, eventho Ragnarock felt more like a hulk movie as well I still prefer the first

Hey, I was buying the Incredible Hulk from 2008 and saw this gem in 4K for only $15 next to it. So I thought “why not”? Haven’t seen this movie in 16 years though and boy that CG has not aged well. I’ll admit though Ang Lee’s direction is pretty unique, it was like watching a comic book with the moving boxes and panels on screen. Fun buy if you’re a fan.

The great thing about these 4k transfers is the increased color and clarity. The unfortunate aspect, particular movies from the late 90's and early 2000's is the CGI does not hold up. At certain moments, the hulk can look distractingly bad.

Always been a fan and super nostalgic with the 2003 Hulk and being able to have it in 4K makes it’s even better, and with the HTA5000 Soundbar, extra phenomenal!!

The video and audio upgrade on this 4K disc is amazing from the previous blu-ray. It has a nice audio track and pretty good story. It has definitely held up after all these years.

I can only write about how it looks on my setup and it looks amazing! I was blown away at how crystal clear it looked, wasnt expecting it to be that much difference from the 1080p. I dont know, it could be my 4k player that makes it look so good, but any way it goes it looks and sounds amazing on my setup!

This movie gets alot of grief, but remember this was before the MCU was a twinkle in Kevin Feige's eye. Much more character-driven, MUCH bigger Hulk, much more angst. A steelbook would have been nice though.

Great movie overall, picture quality and sound quality was IMO over the top, in beginning much to slow with the back story for me . You don't won't to make him angry, unless you were his love interest then everything is okay. I will watch this one a few more times. This was done well by my standard.

This is a jaw dropping audio/video release on the 4K UHD format. The picture is as good as it gets and the audio is phenomenal. The experience was like seeing the movie again for the first time in the theaters. Only the quality was even more superb. Highly recommend!

This film has been out a while so I won't dwell on the particulars of the plot. I will say that the 4K Blu-ray is fantastic. So, if you enjoy the film, I highly recommend it.
