    getting this free kit just like from the website was a great deal. I haven't used every part yet as I've mostly been rowing but the mat and yoga blocks are great for stretching after and the resistance bands seem super solid and should hold up for a long time.

    This kit is a great compliment to the Hydrow but there are not yet a lot of strength workouts available on the Hydow. Hopefully coming soon. All items are great quality. Love the mat.

    Unless I just missed it when I searched through everything, I would have appreciated a work out guide. I went thru the whole box and It mentioned to get the app but I don't use my phone for every little thing. Itd be cool to have a fold out paper displaying work outs.
