    Did not work straight out of the box! It was a Christmas gift so it had to be charged first. Charges it for 24 hours and it did not work. Charged it another 48 hours and still did not work. Best Buy will not take it back and replace it. If you put an item in your store, the minimum you should do is exchange it for one that works!! Now I have to go through the manufacturer for a $107.00 hoverboard. Ridiculous!! Do better Best Buy.

    Used it 2 days and one side stopped working. Also doesn’t charge after the first time we charged it

    Didn't work from the start. Charger keeps blinking green and red indicating a defective battery cell.
