I have used on myself and a few others and we all have the same conclusion. it causes you to itch if you use in one spot. you cant roam with it either because its too aggressive for near joints. Wouldn't suggest you get over a foam roller. maybe this isnt for lean people. The quality is good. doesnt feel cheap has some weight too it. all modes are powerful maybe too much. simple to use .

This is the bomb. Tried a few more expensive ones and cheaper ones and this one outperforms them all . Not sure how it does it but is seems to find the bones and bounce over them to the muscle

I’ve never been happier with such a product! The person I bought this for always had pains and aches all over. A quick session with this gun makes them all disappear in a few minutes! If I could give this product 6 stars out of 5; I would!

Was originally hesitant to spend the money on this. As an avid lifter I wanted this to help with sore muscles but didn’t want the price tag. Finally but the bullet and it’s totally worth it! The Bluetooth is key, download the app and it tells you exactly what to do! Hello new PR’s!!

Works well, but I do not have anything to compare it to. A couple of notes, make sure that the attachment is on all of the way, otherwise it creates a pinch point. Not great for self use on the back, hard to hold and contort for use on the back. I do not think that the Bluetooth adds much as far as usefulness. Better instructions / Guide for use would be good. I think that I might consider the smaller version just for ease of use.

My physical therapist uses this massage device on my sciatica twice a week and it works very well. I decided to get my own because I can't always get to therapy. I am still learning how to use it. So far I am very happy with my purchase. It does many functions.

My body has not felt this good in forever so worth the money I spent. Me and hubby use it on each other and we are absolutely in love with it. I had bought one from Costco just a chair massager but i would wake up sore not with this one I feel revived and body feels good

Purchased this for my wife and I use it most. Its great for muscle aches or tightness. I play sports and it has been very helpful getting me through my seasons more healthy Highly recommended

Love this thing. Was honestly apprehensive about the idea of it because you can buy different ones on amazon for so cheap. But I use this thing everyday and it's honestly amazing. Even just 10 minutes spent on your legs daily makes a massive difference.

Helps with sore muscles, stress and anxiety issues. Daughter has one we tried out before making the decision to purchase. Is expensive compared to other LKQ massagers, but haven't tried them so can't speak to whether it's any "better"...

Absolutely love this massage device. The only thing that is a little bad for me personally is the weight and size of this. I have small hands and it is really heavy. Everything else is perfect.

Very good value and utility. I use it on my quads, calf, feet, arms, etc. I broke multiple neck massagers prior to purchasing this. I use it pre and post work out and gives a lot of loosening and relief.

Ahhhhh my muscles feel amazing when I use this after a workout. Highly recommend to people who have sore muscles after working out. My grandma tried it and liked it. She doesn’t workout but she’s always moving around

Fantastic tool. Helped me get over my tight IT band problem within a week! I'd been dealing with it for almost two years. This was what I needed to break up the knot that was causing the issue, which affected my knee and claf as well. The only thing I wish is that it wasn't so heavy but I get that it probably needs to be. My GF loves the soft attachment for her feet and calves.

This seems to be helping with my fibromyalgia pain and tender points. I would have liked more detailed instructions on techniques. The app could be better. Quality seems very good. It’s pricey but early Black Friday sale was good.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my son and it is awesome. Everyone in the family and all of his friends use it. Just don't use the high setting on the shoulders because it will rattle the teeth out of your mouth.
