I recently purchased and have had a mixed experience with its performance. Overall, the headset works well for its intended purposes, but there are some notable drawbacks that might affect certain users.
On the positive side, the headset boasts a range of functions that align with its description. The audio quality is impressive, delivering clear sound for both calls and entertainment purposes. The comfort level is commendable, making it suitable for extended wear during work or leisure.
However, one significant disappointment for me was the noise-canceling feature. Despite the product's claim to offer noise cancellation, it falls short in a real-world scenario. As a parent working from home in a busy environment with two kids, the lack of effective noise cancellation made it challenging for me to concentrate on calls. This could be a deal-breaker for those in similar situations.
Also, the absence of a mute button on the headset is a notable inconvenience. In a call center or professional setting where quick muting is essential, this feature is sorely missed. The microphone, while functional, lacks noise-canceling capabilities, which might be a crucial factor for individuals seeking a headset to minimize background noise during calls due to kids, pets, people in the home etc..
If you're someone who doesn't rely on the microphone for noise cancellation and doesn't require a mute button, this headset might still be a suitable option.

this is a very decent headset for the price, the microphone is a step up from my bluetooth cans, and my team appreciates the mic quality. the headset is comfortable, and I like the numbering in the extendable parts to know I have the exact setting time after time. they are light weight, and perform as expected.

Excellent headphones i've been using them for a few months now and no issues at all. Their cheap good quality headphones if u dont have alot of money to spend. The bass is a 5/10, sound quality 8/10, not bad for under 50 bucks cant argue with that i never used the mic tho since i have a seperate microphone but im sure its decent quality too.

For the price, you are not going to find a more comfortable headset especially with the sound profile which is also quite impressive. I don’t regret purchasing this headset and would gladly recommend it to everyone!

Well worth the sale price 39.99. Needed something for when my main headset was charging but now I find myself grabing these more often then my wireless ones. The sounds great, the headsets comfortable and light. Well worth the money.

Comfortable headset. Large yes, but does not feel heavy. Microphone is great with easy flip up to stop transmitting. Is really good for the reasonable price.

HyperX is a solid performer in the gaming headset arena. It is by far the most comfortable and lightweight headset brand I've ever used, and will continue to use for years to come. Durable, great sound, and at an affordable price point, what more could you want?

The reason I gave this headshot a five star is because it is excellent. The price to product quality is amazing. The headset feels comfortable, not the best though. I believe Astros are a lot more comfortable. But it is good. And it’s wired for a lot more different uses. The audio is AMAZING. Some of the best audio feed I get, feel like I can hear the lightest things.

I love this headset!
Pros-
The sound quality is great! Noise cancelation is definitely apparent.
Mic quality can get LOUD
The cord is long enough to not feel tied down to your desk.
The headset is light enough to be able to wear it for hours and not worry about it hurting your head.
Cons-
At certain points, your mic may make a hissing noise that seems to be in the background.
Cord is easily chewable by pets because it is so long.
Other than that, I can't find any other major cons.
I love this headset and I've had this headset since January, I just bought my second one, because my dog chewed through the cord
I bought another headset that was $40 more, and it was SO much worse.

great value for money. Was looking for just a cheap travel headphone for work and gaming. These honestly sound great and feel as nice as my home headphones.

The headset is good for $35 when on sale, I returned it because I tried other brands like Steelseries and Razer and the Razer Blackshark V2 sounds better for me at $40 on sale. For the HyperX I tested it on 2 laptops, my desktop and phone and tablet, I didn't test on Xbox and PlayStation, so they have the best sound on my desktop with Sound BlasterX AE-5 audio card, then on Dell G15 also good, on Lenovo LOQ not so well, on the phone and tablet not very good sound. So they will sound differently on different devices, you will need to test it for yourself and your usage scenario to decide if they are right for you. Also a note is that despite of having 50mm drivers they don't push loud bass like the Razer Blackshark, and I tested the Steelseries Arctis Nova 3 which also have better sound but are $60 when on sale.
At $35 they're worth the money if that's your maximum budget.
