RAM functions but RGB not as advertised.

My issue is with the RGB portion of the RAM. It does not work with any program as stated it would. I bought this so I could use the cool lighting effects as advertised and could not. The RAM itself functions just fine but not happy with my purchase at all. When I reached out to HyperX, it took forever for customer service to get back with me and basically gave me a blanket statement of my issue.

Upgraded RAM GREAT!
