A really nice mic and headphone to connect with wire. Ive had such a great experience with this mic. The only thing i find off is some times it wont turn on or stay off and mess with audio settings and u have to refix them up if u r running obs and whatever game u r playing.

I am coming from an EPOS B20 microphone, which already wasn't great. I recently got a mac and my epos b20 would not work on MACOS very well, the software wouldn't work and it wouldn't recognize the device other than a base microphone. I started researching which microphones work microphones work great on MACOS and came across this hyper X which happened to be on sale. I grabbed it, and was not super optimistic. But boy was I surprised, totally "plug n play" recognized on both mac and windows in seconds. No 3rd party software required. Everything works great and it's probably the coolest looking microphone out there. For $99 you can't beat this

Works really well, and the sound quality is good. It lights up like described and can be adjusted with the screw on the back. Ive used it for streams and such, and the mute works well and its easy to hit if something unexpected happens.

The hyperx quadcast s is a top tier microphone! I have been using the blue yeti and although it’s a great mic as well, I have already fallen in love with the quadcast! The sound quality is great, I love the colors, and it’s very easy to setup. The sound quality can be even better with certain configurations on discord/obs so it can sound very professional! Overall I love this microphone and I’m gonna enjoy streaming/recording videos with it!

Great microphone with a simple easy tap to mute and beautiful custom rgb

Prior to purchasing this microphone, I was using a standard Corsair headset that got the job done but could have been better. I was between this mic and the Audio-Technica ATR 2500X-USB. I bought both to test them out and decided that I would keep the HyperX. Both of them are great mics and are many steps above the input quality than my Corsair was capable of. I use this microphone mainly for use in Discord voice chat, work meetings (Webex, Zoom, etc.) and it worked perfectly for what I need. The physical adjustments on the HyperX mic and the software are really what sold me on it. Gain control, Mute, and Polar Pattern are all controlable on the mic itself. This was not something that was available on the Audio Techncia mic. The software that was easily available and accessable on the PC for the HyperX mic. It is very user friendly and enabled me to do just about everything I wanted including the ability to turn off microphone monitoring if I had headphones plugged directly into the mic. This is the first HyperX product I have purchased, and based on my experience with it, it likely will not be my last.

Very good looking quality mic. Audio is very good and is build to last. This mic will be 3 years old and quality has remained the same. One of the best and most reliable mics ive ever bought

I love this thing. It's got futuristic look, but the shock mount and simple design also give it a bit of a retro vibe. More importantly, I find the audio to be better out of the box than my Blue mic. Having the integrated spit shield under the mesh really helps with a ton of unwanted noise. I'm a fan of desk mounted mics, and so far this is favorite.

Absolutely love it. Bought it with recommendation from an employee helping me in Best Buy and I cannot say I'd want to buy anything else in terms of a starter mic. The price is definitely equal to the quality and the color settings is so fun. My audio is really crisp and if you use Discord for calls, they link super easy and have custom settings with each other. Very worth it.

I love this mic, it’s cheap, fits well with most designs of rooms and is really easy to work with and setup, the quality is actually suprisingly good too

This microphone is made superbly. I don’t have much to compare it to other than an old Shure studio mic I used to have. The RGB is completely customizable and can even be turned off if desired. I paired it with the Samson boom arm and the holds the weight with ease. No need to spend over $100 on a boom arm.

I had a Blue Yeti blk out ed. (was defective) so I switched it up to this mic. after 2years. In general its a great mic if probably same as the yeti tbh however this one is way more aesthetically pleasing, easier access to adj. Gain Control at bottom, Vibration Shock Mount, Four Polar Patterns on the back side of the mic, Pop Filter, and mute just a tap on the top works nicely. I’ve never owned an external mic before, I’ve always used the attached mics on headsets, and let me tell you the difference is like night and day. This mic catches my voice perfectly and I’ve been told it sounds like I’m there talking in person. Plenty of ways to customize the way it sounds through the downloaded software and ability to adjust the lighting to any color or pattern you want. I wish there was a way to have it muted without the lighting turning off when you do, but I guess that’s also the best way to know when it’s muted. Other than that I have no complaints. I don’t have it on a boom arm yet, but it still works perfectly fine sitting on my desk. Definitely happy with it, it’s one of the best investments I’ve made towards my gaming set up, worth every penny.

Absolutely love this beauty. I also purchased a Rode PSA1 boom! My voice sounds crystal clear on my streams. The price for rgb mic is amazing! Just waiting on more to come in stock so I can purchase one for my hubs! Note: Make sure you select the correct setting on the mic for your intended use.

I’ve had it for about two months now, hands down best mic I’ve had for the price & it was on sale. Also, it connects to my head set easily. No echo either!

Great microphone! Love the quality and the rgb lights. I’m able to sync the microphone lights with my gaming pc lights. I would recommend it to my friends.

Over the years I’ve had multiple mics and all were good but didn’t meet my quality standards. But when I ordered this mic and got it completely set up, I was blown away with how great it is. It’s honestly my favorite mic that I have purchased by far. The only problem I’ve had was setting some parts up, but besides that it’s a 10/10

I’ve seen a lot of streamers with this mic & I had to get it because it was recommended and it’s nice with the noise cancellation gain & it sounds professional as well RBG is cool it was time for an upgrade so I choose this one

The Quadcaster S has been fantastic. The audio quality is perfect and needed no modification or adjustment out of the box. I have it setup on a boom arm and the operation is flawless. I stream every night on Twitch and Facebook using StreamLabs OBS and the audio mix is spot on. The software for the mic is still in beta, but the RGB color adjustment works great. The audio quality is far better than the Wave 3 from Elgato and sounds better than the Yeti as well. I definitely recommend picking one up.
