I received a lemon

I found out that info after about 8 hr of troubleshooting. I wasn't able to get to the browser, and because of other things going on with Geel Squad, was upset enough to just return this product and cancel purchase of any computer. It was not based on anyone, but rather with the 4 week process I I had gone thru. No other trouble with Best Buy since 2013.

Overall its a good computer

It starts up very fast, its very quiet, has lots of storage space and Im able to surf the web with no issues. My kids are getting more use out of it than me because they have been playing a lot of games on it . Nothing with heavy graphics , just Roblox for now. I plan on using it more for making videos and downloading photos . Of course I will download my own games to the computer eventually.

Good PC POOR PACKING

Mine arrived with a broken mouse - TWICE! Best Buy finally agreed to give me a mouse - big thank you to Best Buy!

Our First iBuypower

For our price range this computer really can't be beat. It met the specs he was looking for and so far we are impressed. The system boots up super quick and runs really well. Had to tinker with the wifi piece to get the connection to work properly but it seems to work great now. So far we are fans of iBuyypower computers.

Arrived exactly on schedule from the other side of the country. Set up was easy and connections straight forward. Very fast. Noticed that OS is on the SSD and not HD as in previous reviews. Would highly recommend.

Runs current games great!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The quick set-up pamphlet you get with the unit is lacking in detail instructions. Once I realized I had the keyboard and mouse plugged into a usb3 slot instead of a usb2 slot, everything went great. There are still switches and lights and plug-ins on top of the unit that I don't know what they are, how to use them or what they are for. Not Best Buy's problem, but IBUYPOWER needs to redo their information booklets. Some people actually read them.
