Purchased for Christmas present for my son last December. 1st unit had hard-drive failure the beginning of April. I had purchased 1 year extended warranty and Best Buy had no issues getting a new unit on order for an exchange. The second unit arrived May 1st and was having issues with it already. Returned unit and exchanged for another brand. Would not recommend this brand to anyone.

We bought this gaming machine as a starter machine for our 10 year old and it is perfect. The price was a great value for the features on this machine and the amazing case looks really cool. So far this has worked flawlessly on the highest settings for games such as Minecraft, World of Warcraft, etc.

Good unit, works well, hoping for years of enjoyment.

this computer is great , the only problem i have is the built in wireless is not working right . So , i'm return in it as soon as possible to get another one . Hope fully I get another one . I could also run all my steam games on high setting graphics . Runs great on speed very easy to use and it comes with a 300 watt supply , not the best but is something . I rate this computer 9/10 becuase of the busted built in wireless .

Arrived with corrupted windows version. Was not even offered a discount on replacent, only an "I'm sorry"... very poor Best Buy customer service. Disappointment all the way.

We got this on Black Friday for a little less then 500$, specifically because when i saw it i knew for the price and what it came with it was a good deal and wouldn't be outdated terribly fast. cause i'm a PC gamer stuck on a laptop and desired a desktop to fill my needs for more power. and boy does this computer deliver it. in comparison, I have Elder scrolls Skyrim installed on my gamer laptop and it get just slightly under medium graphical settings on this computer i'm pushing ultra settings. And an even bigger plus is that i heard allot of bad things when it comes to windows 8 but so far I've experienced no problems when it comes to gaming with 8. Also the built in wifi is great, less hassle with getting a wire connection from the other side of the house! i haven't run into any problems yet but if i do i will post it!

the computer was set up very easily. The graphics card and drivers it comes preinstalled with are great. the keyboard and mouse combo was great for the price. The only problem i had with it was it had no built in speakers or wifi.

Computer is fast. Runs my older games very well, but crashes constantly when I play my newer games. Weak Radeon HD 6450 graphics card included to keep costs down. Also comes with an underpowered low end 300W power supply. Keyboard arrived with the USB cord ripped out of the base. Neither Best Buy nor iBuyPower will accept responsibility for it and replace it for me. Mouse works really well though. I was sucked in to buying this for the great Black Friday deal I got (<$500), but I should have done more homework on this. My recommendation is to build your own computer to get what you want in it for the same price.

This is a really good computer for a low price and many good features such as the pre-installed graphics card and ram. But the wireless capabilities have something to be desired. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem but I can't even manage to maintain a 100 kbps download speed and every other web page takes about 5 min to load if at all. I've tried many things but none of them seem to work as far as WiFi is concerned. However, directly connecting with a ethernet connection works just fine. I would absolutely recommend this to someone who is willing to use a wired connection.

This computer is a very fine gaming computer to use. It loads everything I need in just a fraction of a second. This computer is way better than my old home computer, which only has 6 GB of RAM and this new one that I have includes 8 GB which can be expanded to 16 GB of RAM if I want it. Lots of RAM means that Minecraft can load alot faster than it used to! I am happy I found a good computer to use. Dell was out of the picture considering how many of them I had and they broke in 6 months.

Great for source games and runs minecraft running 200 mods at 84 fps

I bought this computer as a first gaming computer, and I'd say it's worth every cent.

It is super easy to set up. i took it out the box, turned it on, and was ready to go. the price for the computer is amazing and for the games i play it is lightning fast. (100+ frames)

Perfect for games like counterstrike, tf2, garrys mod, and minecraft. would recomend
