Bad

We ended up returning it after waiting 17 days... 2 extra days from promised date and then it wouldn't work. geek squad got it to work, got home, didn't work. Graphics card was bad. then the geek squad switched out the graphics card to a better one and it was not good at all. No clarity... no resolution-all blurry compared to my son's asus rog laptop. A real piece of garbage!! I went for cheap and this is for sure cheap and not worth the effort to try and get it up to a gaming desktop!

Very fast, however I couldn't figure out what the logo on the front of the pc was,but that's okay if I'm the only one that couldn't, always on a much serious note I don't have anything bad to say about this product, I just decided to go with another one with more memory.

I was determined that the second one wouldn't be signed for if it was also faulty. Unfortunately, after being told that it would need to be signed for, it wasn't. The UPS driver kindly waited while I plugged it in, pushed the buttons, helped me switch outlets and when it didn't work either, helped me re-package it. This experience with BestBuy has been a page out of H-E-double-hockey-sticks. So many different customer service agents that no one knows what's going on. Still waiting for my refund. Not happy with BestBuy's handling of this whole cluster.....

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this computer has been great so far..I game a lot and bought it as a replacement for my laptop and I'm loving the graphics and how fast it can run the games.. i would recommend this computer to a friend looking for a cheap but great gaming computer that can be upgraded later
