Got the gaming desktop for a pretty good deal on Black Friday. So far it works excellent for the games I play. It runs smoothly and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Great deal for the price. Plays all the games I want it to, and streams them all great as well. So far, no problems except for the wifi USB that comes with it; it's connected to a dongle internally that slows down it's effectiveness, and should be attached to any of the other USB ports (without the dongle). 1mbps with dongle, 15-50Mbps when connected to the external USB port; only qualm. Great, great PC.

All the specs I wanted in a Gaming system for a good price!!!! Got it on sale and am very happy so far with the performance. Set up was easy and had good instructions.

Machine was simple and easy to set up from the start. Power and speed are sufficient for my needs (photo editing). Disappointing not to have optical drive (but I knew that). Has four slots for SSD drives but only two for conventional HDD. Would have prefered an extra slot for conventional HDD for greater storage capacity. The RGB lights are interesting but could do without in favor of an optical drive. Also beware if you are offered a free gift card for registering the product, that someone has not stolen your serial number from side of the box and claimed your gift card. I am currently investigating this.

The Trace 930 is a good choice for those who want a good PC for games, but don't have the time, tools, or know-how to build their own, I get fairly smooth HD quality with it on my new monitor, and not having to worry about installing windows or drivers is a big plus too.

Had a hard time deciding between this and Alienware. The guys at best buy said that this PC was fully customizable so if I ever want to upgrade I can. Had a slight problem with Windows in the beginning, but I just updated and it works fine now. This computer is a beast. It's so fast! I can reboot in all of 8 seconds. Highly recommend if you plan to game. I can play 80v80 and not lag a bit.

Awesome desktop, runs my occulus seamlessly. Wow and Final Fantasy xiv run so smooth with graphics settings all the way up. Very happy with this product so far.

These rigs were priced excellently and came with the essentials to get off the ground for gaming. I purchased these on an urgent timeline for an business as drafting workstations. They were not my go to option, but I have been pleasantly surprised with how clean they are: no bloatware, spacious case and clean wires. It is a little cumbersome to replace parts as the case has been designed for looks over access. But I get these aren't intended for heavy modding and upgrades. If you're in a bind and your workstation provider can't meet a deadline, I highly recommend seeking these out locally.

***Would have given 5 stars, but I had to use and external DVD drive and the windows restore disk (thanks for including) to re-install windows since it would not boot up. Had to delete the partitions on the SD and start from scratch*** I purchased this for my son, it might not be the best but it is definitely worth every $$$ spent. It was a more cost efficient option than to build one as we did with his previous machine. There was no better option at the time only spending $1000. Works great with everything he plays, PUB G, Assassins Creed, Arma 3, Ghost Recon Wildlands many others. Frame rates are way above average considering the video card only has 3 GB (this is the $$$ savings over more expensive machines). Keyboard and mouse is better than most that come with computers these days, but the machine itself is worth the $$$. Paired this with an ASUS VG245 monitor and everything looks and works great.

hello so I got the computer I ordered and I started to turn it on but it was not up. I tried several times but failed

Easy to install, did everything that was promised, good specs (I do a lot of MMORPG gaming, and the machine handles it well), and supports VR out of the box.

Bought it for 799.. Equivalent or better than other gaming PCs. I can play PUBG on medium no issues, WoW, League, Fortnite, etc. worth the money for sure.

I had been looking to switch from my old laptop to something with more kick and can handle everything need out of digital illustrations, animation, and gaming. So far this PC has been able to handle everything flawlessly with no complaints. I am, however, investing in a better WiFi card, since the dongle isn't as strong of a connection as I'd like. Other than that and a few minor upgrades suggested by other friends, this PC runs flawless, its dead silent, handles all my programs and games without fuss. For the price its a great start up and can see it having a long life.

This computer is great it is really fast and powerful you think since its over 1000 its going to be good but in reality it will pass your expectations.

By far one of the best PC I've owned, I can run everything I ever wanted at Highest graphics setting and 5 other things at once and not lag at all :)

i purchased this computer for Black Friday (2017) for $899 which was a $200 savings and was happy with all the components it was supposed to include. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star rating is because after opening the mouse i realized that I️t was broken. After asking if i could swap it out, they informed me that i would have to bring the ENTIRE system back and swap the whole thing, which is a HUGE inconvenience seeing as to how i had already spent hours not only setting it up but more hours downloading all of my things. (I have slow internet). I ended up having to buy a different mouse & keyboard which is really unfortunate. It also worries me that i may have received a referbished or open box product since the mouse was broken, which on a large purchase like this i would like to be notified about pre-purchase because i was looking to buy new.

This computer runs some of the most graphic heavy PC games out there with ease and is very easy to set up. I would recomend this system to anyone.

I bought this pc a weak ago and its awesome, the price its a master piece, and runs very smoothly with high fps in most games on ultra settings.
