I received With defective glass cosmeticly but slightly sharp also. So been dealing with IbuyPower to replace glass 1 month later still no replacement and no returns at Best Buy after 2 weeks/// $1800.....No records on the RMA and Promises to replace glass .....Bad a.. PC that Runs everything Ultra Settings Perfectly but I regret Buying Ibuypower.....Buy Asus , I wish I had

Christmas present. Worked for 1 month, and now will not boot up. Made a service appointment and took it back to Best Buy. The person who checked it in told me they could send it back to iBuyPower for manufacture warranty, or I could buy the "Best Buy Total Membership" and they would have it fixed in 1 or 2 days. I purchased the membership. They called me 3 days later and told me I would have to call and deal with iBuyPower directly because they didn't do iBuyPower warranty work. The Geek Squad tech "thinks" it is either a processor or motherboard problem but he is not sure? Very displeased with iBuyPower and Best Buy.

Was defective when we received it. Went to take back to the Gilbert store and they said I had to do online. Horrible customer service there by 2 reps…shortly after second started a pickup order , it was cancelled and nobody could help. I was told a manager would call back, never happened. I then took to a different store and they were able to exchange it out. They were great at the Chandler store! The fact that I cannot call a store is ridiculous as well and that I had to deal with someone through your call center was a horrible experience. Bring back a number for your stores so I can call and talk to someone.

Expected it to perform better for price. AMD processors I’ve had in the past seem to perform better than the Intel Processor.

PC claims to come with 2 internal 2.5" bays and 2 internal 3.5" bays and it doesn't have either of them. Also the display bugs out and goes black when switching tabs. That's probably a windows 11 issue and not a PC issue though.

Computer started crashing within 12 days or receiving it. Worked to address the issues myself taking it outside of best buys 15day return/refund policy even though I have photos of the crash's dated, forced to buy a best buy protection plan so I dont break the bank to fix a brand new computer , seems like a money making scheme

We have tried setting this computer up for several days, we’ve trued several things to get it to work. Finally took it to someone to look at it and they said the graphics card is bad. We bought thus for our son for his 16th birthday. Very disappointed! We are going to try and contact customer support. Praying they will send us a replacement.

The computer started freezing up days after I had it, but sadly the return window is so short. So I'm stuck with a computer that freezes for no apparent reason. For the money, I would expect better.

For the money , could have been better. We tried to reset it because we were returning and it kept telling us It wasn’t able to.

Set the glass side down on the desk top to remove the packing and the glass shattered. Still don’t have the computer three weeks later and I have to pay to have the defective part replaced. I’ve had many other computers and this is the worst for functionality.

I lovee this PC. It was great and works so fast. I can do so many things on this PC. It runs really fast and is smooth in games.

I wanted to upgrade from a gaming laptop to a desktop and I got this powerhouse for a great deal and it does not disappoint! The build quality is great, easy set up, and crushes any AAA game I throw at it on high/ultra settings at 1440p, getting 120+fps!

I'm very happy with this online purchase, it came with extra value products (The new Battlefield game and 1 month free Discord nitro!). I spent few days browsing different sites and deals but in the end, Best Buy had the best deal in my opinion, and had the closest product to what I was looking for. The BestBuy staff did the proper procedure of verifying it was me and making my purchase very smooth despite my last minute decision to purchase this in a very close hours to store closing, so Kudos for the Bestbuy staff I spoke to that day (They deserve a raise cause they are doing a great job!). Unlike Cost*cough* the other place that staff did not care to make a sale and made my purchase process very dificult. If you read this, I recommend BESTBUY!
