This cpu is amazing and has really nice memory to do what needs to be done.

This product came with a broke fan amd we had to take it back. Purchased a different one.

I had purchased 2 and within 1 week I had to exchanged 1 because of no volume.

Ran for 5 days before RAM started to fail. With the prices of RAM these days I can’t justify a new one.

This new item was shipped to me and when I unpacked it the motherboard was not lined up to the ports on the back of the computer. For as high quality as this was, it should not have been defective when i received it.

I could not get it to work stayed on the phone with the geek squad for ever then I had to pack and lug that big heavy computer back to the store I was not happy

The graphics card was dead on arrival and had to be returned immediately.

This PC is everything I was looking for. It runs fast, handles gaming smoothly, and works great for everyday use. The design is sleek with nice RGB lighting, and setup was simple. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the performance and value. Definitely recommend it to anyone needing a solid computer.

I first got this pc it from bestbuy they forgot my power cord & my accessories box it was supposed to come with. After setting everything up it worked great. They dont give any information on how to set up the rgb lighting or fan speed. The fans are connected to the hub NOT the motherboard which is very inconvenient. Since the fans are setup this way if yoy want to control the fan speed and sound you have to go in and rewire the fan connection. Its not very hard at all you just unplug it and plug it into the pins below the gpu. They dont really give a whole lot of info on how to maximize the performance but a couple of youtube videos ans youll get it. Overall a great pc but very confusing setup and might take time to adjust to it.

Got this on a Black Friday deal for $780. I would say for this price it is fantastic. The keyboard and mouse it came with were pretty good. The PC runs everything we throw at it, maybe not at MAX settings but smooth. It’s also a really pretty case and well managed cable wise. I don’t think I’d buy this at the current price but for getting it at the price I did, 10/10 for the money.

I got the computer yesterday so far so good it’s quick on Marvel rivals between 200 and 400 frames per second. I haven’t checked with other games but everything went smooth. Everything works right. The only thing there’s only one stick of ram, but I haven’t noticed anything wrong with that, but I will be upgrading that on sale.

System was super easy to set up and to get it up and running. I have built my own systems in the past, but I wanted something pre-built this time. I love the glass sides as well as the RGB setup. This system is a good bang for the buck computer. So far I'm super happy with it.

I would recommend upgrading the ram. After that it was great
