When I initially got the pc early. My expectations were high but they were definitely reached with the fast performance of the i5 processor and a reasonable price for my budget at the time.

This is an excellent desktop for people who want to start pc gaming and enjoy the time and effort that would go into learning more about computers at a beginner level

I was too busy over the holiday to build my own tower from scratch, but still wanted something that allowed the ability to easily expand upon in the future and without a ton of preinstalled bloat. This product fit the bill, with a roomy case and enough slots for fitting additional RAM and Hard Drives with a pretty basic installation of Win10 Home Edition. It only comes with 8GB RAM by default, which may need to be increased if you're a heavy user, but it's given me surprisingly good performance despite that. Haven't yet confirmed the wattage of the PSU, so that might also require an upgrade should I plan on adding more to it.
The mouse and keyboard that it comes with are quite basic. The mouse comes with 5 buttons and a scroll wheel and works completely fine, it even has some rainbow LEDs for an accent (that can't be controlled) and a DPI changer, but the keyboard is a bit cheap and garish in looks.
All in all, if I had been forced to purchase all the parts separately that already came with this system it would have costed me almost as much. The small amount extra was worth not having to risk the chance of DOA parts and time spent troubleshooting.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a good, but not top-end system that has no parts from a previous system they're trying to recycle, or for people like me who are busy and just want to pick something up that practically just works right out of the box.

Bought as a Christmas present for my son, spent over $1500 on the pc plus a Dell gaming monitor. Have a degree in computer programming, trust me when I say that this thing should be illegal to sell to consumers. The OS fatally crashed within 3 weeks of setting it up and having used it 1 single time. I had to reinstall Windows 10 myself using my laptop to download all install files (what kind of computer doesnt come with backup disks for the installed software?). I got that taken care of, then we had to deal with the monitor being completely unable to wake up from sleep mode without a HARD restart. Thought I had that fixed just recently by disabling some power settings and installing more hardware specific drivers, only to discover that it's not the monitor, it's the actual computer that freezes if there's no activity for more than 20 minutes or so, again requiring a HARD restart to get the thing working again. The computer cannot cope with the Dell monitor, the gaming keyboard, Windows updates; it crashes constantly from what should be straight forward, standard OS level events involving peripherals, Firefox, and just simple idling for crying outloud! $1500 gets me THIS level of quality? The painfully slow and buggy thing is just utter trash. No support whatsoever from BB or manufacture. What lasting impression am I left with from this transaction with Best Buy? My son got a dud for a Christmas present, and I got ripped off.
