Garbage. The hard drive failed after 2 1/2 weeks, just after the return date expired. Ibuypower customer service and technical support are almost non existent. When we finally got through to support it seems from speaking with the tech that this is a VERY common issue. Sounds like they use inferior and unreliable parts in this computer. Very dissatisfied. I would never purchase this item again. Beware. (One star because I had to put at least one)

Computer lasted me 7 months before it stopped displaying anything on my monitor rendering it useless. Took it to geeksquad and they supposedly couldn't do anything about it other than a data transfer which is ridiculously expensive; $100 for something I wouldve done myself if I was able to use the darn thing. This is the second time I've bought a computer from them that stopped working out of nowhere, the first time was a CyberPower PC that didnt last me even 3 months. Never buying desktops from Best Buy ever again. Now Im stuck making payments on a computer I can't even use.

After downloading a game, I got a message on this computer showing that it's out of memory. I installed this same game on a laptop with less memory and it's running great. I will have to take it back to see what the issue is.

Was excited to play on this pc but plugged it in and got blue screen of death error code 0xc00000017 which a memory issue.

Got it for my daughter, she loves the computer. Only thing the ssd drive stop working other than that everything else is good

The price is good, and it works well. Although sometimes it goes down to 40 fps which is odd.

New to the pre-built pcs bit this one seemed well put together and was easy to setup, however the graphics card failed on the third day and had to return it bummer ordered another one from another manufacturer maybe 2nd times the charm

not the best computer but great start. good for watching YouTube and school work.

Got this for my son, didn't work right out of the box, brought it to the geek squad the next day, they open it up and there was broken parts and complete disarray, it was put together horribly, this is the worst brand I have ever seen.

motherboard went bad a year to the day it was built

Ordered this for my son, delivered within 2 days. Opened up, plugged in.. did not work. Immediately boxed it up, took it back to store. Geeksquad looked at it, found broken motherboard. Store managed ordered new one for us. Will be a week before it gets here.

I received the computer and, no matter what I tried, it wouldn't connect. The PC powered on but wouldn't display an image. After doing some basic troubleshooting, I ultimately had to return the computer.

This pc is making me so mad, can’t figure out how to find my hdd, worked the first 2 weeks I had it and now it’s not even showing up on my computer anymore. Someone help

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! TERRIBLE!! Best buy was not able to help me referred me to manufacturer. Called for 3 hours straight busy signal all dsy

Overall great PC! I play games such as Rocket League, Rust, and CS:GO and am running 120 FPS. I also use this PC to do stock trading and work/school related stuff. Everything that I use it for, exceeds my expectations! The keyboard is well-designed and sounds great. Mouse is also great as it has extra key binds. Amazing starter PC for anyone getting into the community of PC gaming. Very upgradeable also down the road.

I really wanted a gaming computer and this did not disappoint. This sucker is SUPER fast and the ascetics are amazing. Every game I've played so far runs super smooth and looks crisp. I highly recommend this computer to anyone who is looking for an entry level gaming tower. I'd even go as far as to say its intermediate quality. It has much room to grow with you too. If you're in the market, don't hesitate.

For the price this is a pretty decent little PC with average to slightly above average components. For what I have connected to it, it streams very well! HOWEVER: Do be aware that the processor included in this PC specifically (i5 10400F) does not have integrated graphics - this just means that your display ports (all other non display-based ports associated with the motherboard work, like USB ports and ethernet connection) connected to your motherboard (HDMI, DVI, VGA) will not work however your graphics card comes with a DVI and HDMI port that do work - for gamers wishing to stream and connect multiple monitors and a console, this could be problematic as you have one functional HDMI port for your regular monitor, and will need to buy a DVI to HDMI adapter cord for your second monitor, and won't have any functional ports left for a console. You can always manually upgrade your processor to a different version of the i5 or a higher processor that has integrated graphics, as long as you know how to take apart and put back together a PC - this would give you a total of two HDMI ports, two DVI ports, and a VGA port. You might want to check if the other version of this PC with the i7 has integrated graphics or not, just to save you the trouble - this also may require specific configuration to get the integrated graphics to work with your graphics card.
