this is my first pc, immediatley after opening her up and trying to start it all up i got hit with an ethernet only option. ive done so much trouble shooting w friends i finally took it to geek squad where magically the wifi icon appears there as soon as i took it back home same issue. does anyone have any clue whats wrong and what i could be doing? should i just return it. i also currently have it hooked to the internet to trouble shoot...

This was a gift to my grandson and to date he has enjoyed the gaming response it offers and has it at university with him. He's going on five years I believe and has not had any problems. I recently purchased another system similar for his brother.

I got this as a gift and it was super nice! It was super easy to set up—just take it out of the box, and it's good to go. The glowing lights look so cool, and the design is really nice. If you’re goin for a mid ranged budget PC this is a great choice. It runs smooth and has no lag. It has everything you need to comfortably play games or making music and art. It also has great streaming capability. My favorite part about it is that you can live stream a game and multi task with multiple tabs open and it still runs smooth.

An incredible PC right from the get-go. The lighting is minimal but still very satisfying to look at, and the setup was rather simple. While the instructions included aren't very helpful, you only really need to open the computer to check nothing's damaged and the rest is mostly just plugging everything in. As for performance, it works really well with modern games and the pc tends to stay cool and silent.

Overall, great PC. I don't play many games but it can handle anything I throw at it with ease. Love the performance when it boots up, instant. Great for any task, I recommend.

A great company, with great products, providing a great service. I was thinking of building a new PC, but thought I'd check out some of the pre-built services, and I was able to get a new rig for cheaper than I could have bought all the parts and pieces for! I've only had it for a week now, but no issues coming out the box and booted right up!

I honestly love this pc. I’ve had it since May of this year and it hasn’t let me down. It looks beautiful and runs my games really well.
