It’s been a week, and I’m having a great time, obviously buy a new keyboard and mouse, but I’m running a smooth 240fps-120fps depending on game with this set up.

Overall a great pc! Purchased one for my Son for Christmas and he plays it everyday without issue. Definitely recommend if you are thinking of buying a gaming pc!

Completely worth the price. I was using a laptop with an external monitor and decided to change to an actual tower, and there have been absolutely no issues with install/download speeds while running 5 or more other programs.

The lighting in it is neat but not so bright that it is distracting. I enjoy it.

The pc worked great and was very easy to install. I was skeptical at first due to the price but after I found out that it came with a mouse and keyboard I was convinced! For the price for all 3 is a great deal and the colors and glass screen make every penny count!

Excellent gaming system. Glad I bought the upgraded edition instead of the older one. Instructions for set up didn’t quite match up with how to take the side panel off but figured it out by popping the panel off no need to take screws out.

Just got this as my first gaming PC, - so far no issues with setup! Looking forward to using it

I very much enjoy every aspect of this pre-built PC. The cost to performance ratio are very unexpected (in a good way). High performance with no anxiety in the next upgrade.

i like the system but the only problem i got is the window activation will try to call supoort on monday overall not a bad gaming system with the price . thank you.,

Easy to set up and downloads games super fast. Was looking to up grade one, but the value of this one didn’t make sense to do that.

Great starter pc will play everything you want 16gb on ram is alittle low but wast to upgrade to 32 or 64 gb

I bought this iBUYPOWER PC on a black Friday sale and boy have I been blown away. It is a great computer.

Ordered this PC and it arrived with the Bluetooth broken (drivers reinstall and a clean windows install did not fix the issue). It can see e.g., Xbox controllers/bluetooth mouse/airpods but won't connect to it. Spoke with customer service who offered to send a replacement, but as I didn't return the defective unit in less than 24 hrs. they are no longer helping me unless I call into the store. This is after 3 different stories from various employees including "bluetooth on gaming PCs is poor", the replacement was damaged in shipping etc. Another had asked me if I had purchased protection with the PC, even though I've only had it on hand for 5 days and this would essentially affect how my service would be handled? Horribly poor internal communication within best buy and poor customer service. Will be avoiding BestBuy from now on and honestly highly disappointed with the lack of actual customer care.
