Just prior to buying this unit, I purchased A gaming laptop. The laptop is great and works well on most things. Basically the same guys in both. However, every game runs much smoother with the desktop. I’m into Flight Sims and what an improvement. I’m loving it.

My old computer was not performing well and had some problems that I wasn't willing to fix. I needed a new computer on a budget. The specs looked fine for the price so I bought it. The system is solid and much quieter than my older computer. Solid system so far.

I love my pc. Everything came perfectly and so easy to set up. It was also a really good deal. The only problem is the mouse that came with the computer is broken. The scroller does not work at all. Honestly its not that big of a deal I am still so happy with it.

Impressed with how sturdy the frame is for this PC. The mouse and keyboard that came with it are also quite fine. Gaming on it has been as expected. The highest ringer we're putting it through is Sims4, but it's still great and fast.

I got this PC a few days ago and the ports on the motherboard did not line up with the back of the PC, but best buy worked with me and helped me find a store that had it in stock so that I could exchange it. It works great now and I am really happy with my purchase!

Anyone else having an issue getting this connected to the internet? Signal not strong enough to play any games. Also, came loaded with Windows 11.. if you play Valorant, it wont work. Really disappointed because this was a good entry level gaming computer for the price. This is the secont computwr I’ve purchased at Best Buy that has been a nihbtmare. After the last one I told myself never again but I stupidly went against my intstinct. Taking back to Best Buy where im sure that they’ll tell me there is nothing wrong and try to sell me an upgraded router, wifi system for my house.

I cannot believe I bought a gaming computer, but I did. It loads and runs Microsoft Flight Simulator and hasnt had any glitches in a month of playing that game. It does things I will never understand with respect to programming the video card.

4 stars because the customer service from manufacturer. I bought this and at the 16 day the computer stop viewing the Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Then the computer won't shut down correctly. We called bestbuy to see if they can figure out what's going on, but they just says that the computer had guarantee just for 14 days. Then I called the manufacturer and they help us by phone, but the problem is they do not send parts (even in guarantee) outside the continental US. As you see, I had to pay to fix a new computer with "guarantee". Overal is a good product, but be careful if you live in Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska. My 2 cents

Just got it three weeks ago. It came in with gpu not connected. I was really frustrated; however, this problem has been solved on the second day after searching and watching tons of websites and videos. So far so good.

The package came quickly, and it was super easy to set up. It's been working excellently so far and I'm really happy that I decided to go with this one. Definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a PC.

Very fast, very colorful. Has lots of memory and power. We are using mainly for processing photos. Only negative is that is doesn't have a DVD drive. Had to buy one to install some of the old photo soft ware.

Very good pc easy to set up would totally recommend. Runs high end games at good FPS.

Bought this to replace a Lenovo that was DOA out of the box, and it's been fantastic from Day 1. Very fast and runs everything I want it to (I don't use it for gaming, mainly for work, video chat, Internet, general use). Love the speed of the SSD and the fact that it has a regular HD as well for extra storage. Multiple display outputs allow me to have it connected to my PC monitor as well as my big-screen TV. The Bluetooth works well with my phone and allow me to play music on my noise-cancelling earbuds as well.

Wonderful gaming pc runs everything very good I mainly use it for gaming videos and school and it does all three very good i would very much recommend this pc to family or friends.

Bought this in store. Employee was very helpful and knowledgeable . Easy setup and start up. My daughter loves it and has no issues. Paired it w/ a curved Samsung monitor

Excellent quality and easy to use. We bought this for our son and he use it for game and homework. It works well without any issue for the game and for homework.

Highly recommend getting this pc. It was worth the price since I got this pc for $200 off. Delivery came in fine, nothing to complain about. I love the specs of the pc.

So this is my second IBP and I love it!!! It is a great all around machine for those who cant spend six grand on one. The gigabyte sound is awesome and has quite the options compared to other companies I have tested. I would recommend this to anyone!! Th e only thing I would recommend is download the nvidia control panel if you need to re size your screen.

This is one of the best top end gaming desktops on the market, and for a good price. Would recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade or to start PC gaming!
