This pc is amazing for the price. Had a little trouble figuring out the shipping situation but it was my own fault. The graphics are amazing. Everything came in working order and has been fantastic so far.

with the state of the gpus, I decided to get a prebuilt. was able to snag one in 5 days! shipping was fast. So far I have no issues running anything. huge upgrade from my rtx 1050 laptop!

Great gaming pc... only problem is in the specifications processor speed base says 3.5ghz when its actual base speed is only 2.5...

PC arrived early, in perfect condition and packaged neatly. Runs great and the transfer from my old PC was easy.

Just opened on Christmas...getting an odd Gigabyte message and green lines in my screen. Then the screen goes blank. Called in and Best Buy suggested I bring it in so the tech crew can fix it. No offense, I shouldn't have to get a $1600 computer that is supposed to be new "fixed."

Not a good Prebuild at all after one day of use the graphics card stopped working. Had to return it i would stay far away from this pc.

Graphics card was broken on the first boot, it had horizontal green lines all over the screen. Then trying to upgrade the drivers on the gpu crashes the pc. I wouldn't recommend, I had to return it the next day.

Bought this graphics card do didn’t work(artifacting) returned it ordered another one. Same exact thing one the second one! Returned and got my money back. Best Buy could care less!

After only one day I get an inaccessible boot device. So far no matter what I have tried my one day old PC will not boot. Where I could spend more time troubleshooting I really shouldn’t have to. Spending this much for a PC I expect it to just work at least for more then one day. More then likely this will be a returned computer tomorrow.

Good pc overall BUT i was supposed to get the 1TB HDD I only got my 480 SSD and this is for my space. I am very disappointed especially for this price

Overall its a great system and fair value for your money

Just received this last week, it runs perfect and has no issues. This PC runs games with high graphics like Call of Duty and Rainbow Six Siege. It's smooth and has a nice amount of storage.
