This was a great purchase. It runs with hardly any sound, even under heavy loads. I was able to get this on sale and couldn't pass on that price. The computer came well packaged and nothing was damaged when I received it. The 3080Ti is wonderful. Get one if you can find one.

Wonderful build. no issues, I upgraded to 32gb RAM and another SSD and its perfect.

This PC met my high expectations and performs well. It is not very loud and handles my games very easily as far as I could tell and has made my gaming enjoyable.

I purchased Trace MR Gaming Desktop - Intel i7 11700KF - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080Ti 12GB - 1TB NVME SSD. This product is exactly as advertised. Also purchased this on Black Friday for an insane deal. With GPU prices so high nowadays, pre-builts are honestly the only way to go. This did not disappoint.

Pros: An insane amount of pros. Cons: only 4 Ram Slots - my other motherboard has 8, so Ram being taken away from me hurt lol. The 3080Ti that comes with it is an LHR (Low hashRate) While intended to limit Mining, it ALSO dramatically hinders the performance of 3D rendering. I.E Graphic intensive Video Games, and 3D rendering Art. I render 3D images in 8k and it will constantly stop throughout leaving my 1080ti to fend for itself. But given the current state of avaialbility, take what you can get

I love this thing. Absolutely silent and fast. The colors weren't something I was looking for, but they're cheerful now that I have them. Absolutely recommend.

Fast delivery. Good pre-built system. I added a 1 TB NVME M.2 and a storage HDD. Needed to change the PSU connection to the 3080ti since they had one cable split with two 8-pin connectors originally to power the card. This is explicitly not recommended and could lead to an underpowered card. But there was another free cable with 8-pin power from the PSU, just undid the zip tie and plugged in the other cable to the video card. No issues with the setup. Case as poor airflow with the glass in front, so I took off the class front panel and left the filter to keep out the dust. Not the prettiest solution, but much better than the poor thermals with the glass panel. Would much prefer a mesh option than glass. Again not as aesthetically pleasing, but I don't want to have my $2000 3080ti roasting just to look good.

7 months in and this gaming tower is a beast. Runs all the games I play at max…. Flight sim, F1 2021 sim and of course COD and Overwatch to list a few. Worth the extra money for sure.

Great product. Stress tested it for 3 days and found no issues. had read concerns about the GPU or mobo being dead on arrival but I had no issues with it. 5/5 would recommend for the product and price.

after having this rig for almost a month, i am EXTREMELY happy with its performance! i read some of the other reviews of it and knew i had to do a little tweaking to get the most out of it, but its an amazing machine. i went into the bios and changed it from all core to auto to get the cpu to turbo to 5Ghz and i cleaned and reapplied thermal paste to the cpu to get the best cooling and avoid hotspots on the cpu. other than that, this rig is ready to rock out of the box. plays any game at ultra settings without breaking a sweat. couldnt be happier!

Top notch machine at a solid price point. Was able to get what is practically a custom built high end machine without waiting weeks! Only downside was that the OS wasn’t the pro version

Bought this during the Black Friday sales for -$600. Added an additional SSD (you can put 2 additional NVME drives on the ASRock MB). I was upgrading form a I7 Gen 9 and a 2080 Super, so I was expecting an improvement, but not like this. I have an Acer Predator 43 inch 4k monitor and the 3080ti rips through every game I have thrown at it. Well worth the price.

I use this computer to play Battlefield 2142, and other games to replace my Xbox series X. I also play off a LG CX 65" in 4k with graphics at ultra-settings. I can't believe the difference with this set up on how much better games look and play. the difference is there! Back 4 blood I'm playing at max settings 4k and constantly getting 120 fps on my tv. Battlefield between 75-90 but they have to update and patch things and fix their drivers and I'm sure I can get 100+ frames in 4k eventually. overall, I use this for work and pleasure and my pc has not gotten over 71 degrees Celsius. overall I'm satisfied.

Was packaged excellently. Build is amazing, was up and running in just a few minutes. Well worth the money in this crypto hell scape we live in now.

I purchased this pc with the discounted price of black friday. Everything seemed good (no loose plugs from shipping, no damaged box, no damaged items). Once I set up windows and made sure windows was completely updated and the drivers were installed with the newest version. The issue started when I Downloaded my games from steam. When playing a game that was more taxing on the GPU, the screen would glitch and the whole pc would restart. This happened multiple times and so to test if it was the gpu, I ran FurMark (GPU Stress Test) and the same issue occured within 15 seconds. After hours of research and troubleshooting, I contacted Bestbuy to look at it and they said they can try and fix it (for a price) or just return it and get another one shipped. I returned it and had a new one sent to my address. The second one came a week later (today) and from the start, the box was a bit more damaged than the last one. most likely because it was shipped instead of picking it up from the store like the first one. The pc looked to be in good condition though. I plugged it in and the pc wont display to the monitor. I tried replacing the HDMI, using the other port on the gpu, other monitor and Nothing... I tried reseating the RAM and reseating the GPU... Still nothing. I thought I was just unlucky with the first pc but now this is number 2 and its having issues. Great price for a pc but be careful because it might not work. Currently continuing to troubleshoot and have been in contact with IBuyPower and BestBuy but might have to return this one too. This experience made me steer clear of IBuyPower PCs.

I was hesitant to buy a prebuilt machine but the current GPU shortage forced my hand. IBuyPower has managed to put together a great little system that has some decent quality parts at an excellent price. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking fora good gaming PC.

All-in-one cooler broke after a few months, the gpu failed after a year and they refused to RMA it. They told me i had to reach out to the gpu manufacturer but they never supplied me with the orginal box for the gpu. I was unable to get it RMA’d through gigabyte because i was missing the check number located on the box. Thankfully best Buy let me return the product. Will never buy or recommend this company in the future. You are much better off learning how to build a PC yourself than buy this garbage.

This purchase was one of the easiest to complete... click and done... to my front door in two days. Product is well packaged and was delivered on time. Unboxing was a joy. Immediately setup with user friendly product "quick start guide". Preloaded with Windows 10. Everything works and is well made. This tower PC is exceptionally fast and very straight forward. You will love the simplicity of the design and setup. Look fantastic on my desk and the LEDs make my "game room" party like. The installed Navida 3080Ti is one of the fastest graphics cards on the market and purchasing this pre-installed made perfect sense with the cost of graphics card now-a-days. I certainly recommend and would buy again. I paired this purchase with an Acer Predator XB273 monitor... another great choice. You can't beat this system at this price point!
