I have had no issues in the few weeks since my purchase. I love my new PC and it was worth every penny. Packaging was great, quality is great. Not a lot of excess software installed, will buy again. Given how hard it is to get a graphics card I am very happy.

I had bought a cyberpower pc and it kept crashing and freezing, then returned it for another and same thing happened. I bought this comparable PC with similar specs and cost and it has been running great since day one. Would recomend IBUYPOWER.

Lets be real... this is not a great gaming PC... It's a great GPU in an Entry level package. Most got the ROG Strix 3080Ti GPU... I got the Tuf Gaming Version which is a step down. And it doesn't end there... My $3200 Pre-Built also came with a ... WD Blue M.2 Gen3??? SSD, Asrock entry level MOBO. (No wifi6 or 2.5GB ethernet), 40 dollar 750 watt "Gold Rated" power Supply, Generic NeoForza???? RGB Ram And the kicker... a 11th Gen i7 WITHOUT integrated graphics (KF). Really? It's bad enough that these scalpers are always getting to these cards first, but now the big box stores are saying hold my beer! The fact that the entire parts list is not known until you purchase and get it home is a crime. To make this a true Mid to high end gaming PC, I would have to upgrade the MOBO, RAM and Power supply. I would also have to add addition SSD's because lets face it, 1TB isn't going to cut it if you looking to game with a 3080Ti. Like others stated... buy this expecting to upgrade parts to get it where it needs to be.

Bought it during the Black Friday Sale. Have used this computer for more than 2 months. Very good performance on various big titles. Great cooling system which is rare in this price range. Definitely recommend buying this beast!

This is my first prebuilt PC, I usually build mine. But, with GPU prices so high I went for a prebuilt. The pc was packed well, and all I had to do was plug it in. I did change some fan settings but other than that the PC works great.

Very easy set up! Packaging was questionable. The box was pretty beat up but the computer was fine.

I bought this for the 3080ti and the fact that you cannot get them any other way at this point. Its by no means a bad computer but I'm used to building my own. I'm happy they used quality components but it falls short from many of the build I have done myself. With that being said, it will play any games currently out without so much as a hiccup.

Great Gaming Desktop PC and at a great price. RTX 3080Ti is awesome and desktop has been rock solid since purchase. Highly recommend to others for a highend gaming desktop that will last for years to come!

This thing screams. Upgraded with 64 GB or Corsair RAM from BestBuy. Easiest way to obtain a 3080ti at the time of purchase. Processor, RAM and Video card purchased individually cost more than this pre built.

Worked out of the box. Stress tested it for the past 36 hours. GPU hasnt risen above 69c. Hitting all expected numbers in benchmarks. Solid components, although the mother board is on the lower end (but not horrible).

this pc is absolutely great. runs fast and smooth. love the rgb lights and even more the operating system. this is the first prebuilt pc iv had and the cord and cable management is impeccable. overall highly recommended.

My first gaming PC. I usually buy PC parts to build but decided to go prebuilt since video cards are hard to get. Loving it so far. Games look great on this paired with my 77in CX OLED. Nice design and lights.

I've owned this computer for over a week and I've had no issues. I was concerned that it might have had some out-of-the-box issues but everything works great! I got $600 off at Best Buy. It was a wonderful deal!

I checked the weather in .05 seconds. Its so fast. No issues out of the box so far. Would recommend this PC to my father in law.

I just opened the Box within an hour. This PC out of the box is amazing, and put together with perfection. I added 16 additional gigs of RAM which initially caused some problems, but i was able to correct it.

Purchased on Black Friday and one month later it's running strong! Runs games extremely well with no issues whatsoever. This is my second iBUYPOWER pre-built and I've been extremely happy with both systems.
