Love it turned it on and got everything set up everything went smooth and the geek squad was very helpful and did a superb job very happy

This computer came with an i7 11700kf. This is not the best processor but nor is it the worst. It is great for gaming if thats what you need it for, but it lacks cores that other processors have for heavier work loads. The GPU that came in mine is the 3080ti from asus tuf gaming. It's worked great so far without overclocking. The 1TB m.2 is a western digital and works great. Start up times are fast and games load quickly. Overall this is a great gaming rig. Especially with the current market for 2699 cant be beat.

I got this machine 1 week ago and im a twich streamer and i play AAA games under heavy loads and it all handles well maxed on ultra settings playing at 33 to 39 fps at 1440p. Ibuypower did a good job with quality and told me they got my back if anything goes wrong and the same with bestbuy. 4 year warranty and was told bestbuy can install upgraded gpu / cpu parts down the road to my machine that wont void the warrantee with a 20% off labor cost. Very happy and will definitely buy again and recommend to everyone

Decided to go pre built due for ease of mind and many GPUs not being available Brought this at around the height of the high demand for the 30 series Graphics Cards. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. It runs games at high fps due to the GPU. Unfortunately did have a known issue with the AIO Cooler, but since it was within the warranty period, was able to contact iBuyPower and it's in the process of being resolved

Speed speed and speed. Gaming is a pleasure with this pc. It’s worth every Penny.

Things were going so well, and I had every intention of writing a five-star review. I was blown away by this thing. Getting started was a breeze, speed and graphics were unbelievable, and then everything went black. Try to power up and my keyboard gets a signal but neither monitors or mouse. I don't know if it's the GPU or what, but I'm incredibly disappointed. I was really hoping to not be one of these negative experiences, but here we are. Going to start the return process tomorrow morning.

PC is a absolutely great but the NVME is failing as a boot drive. The GPU works great with no issues and also a great price. Also got better products then listed :). If anyone can lead me to the right direction for fixing the boot drive that would be helpful

Great gaming computer. Can play any game you throw at it, even at 4k. Will look even better on a 4k 120hz monitor or TV.

Bought this while 600 bucks off, best decision I've made. It runs super fast and quite and shipped in a couple of days.

One of the best prebuilt PC I've ever had. I got it on sale on Black Friday for $2,599. That was a steal with a RTX 3080Ti! The PC run so smoothly with all the highest setting on any triple A title games with the CPU and GPU never exceed 70*C. I just wish the AIO CPU liquid cooler mounted on the top case come with RGB lights to add to the beautiful of this PC. But you can easily replace it with another RGB one. Totally recommend for anyone to buy this PC!

So I walked into my local best buy to look at monitors and came out with this. I usually build my own pcs but with the current gpu shortages I took a chance on a prebuilt and I've had no issues so far. I looked everything over and never found any loose connections or cables and everything was wire managed very well. I'm happy I made this purchase! No problems booting or activating. The one I purchased came with an MSI RTX 3080 TI Ventus 3x.

Alright, not unlimited, but this is an impressively powerful prebuilt PC. Seems like good build quality

First prebuilt PC I've purchased in over 20 years. Have built many PC's since then. I purchased this to get the RTX 3080 Ti, which you virtually cannot get any other way. I must say this experience has been a harsh one. First, the RGB fans were not connected to a power source. iBUYPOWER states that you should check connections, but that is for the fan headers. This thing wasn't even connected to the power supply plug. Inexcusable lack of QAQC on iBUYPOWER. Be that as it may, this was a minor issue. Next problem, Windows 10 was not activated out of the box. I had to go into Command Prompt to get my activation key then activate Windows 10. This wasn't a major issue, but again shows a tremendous lack of QAQC on the part of iBUYPOWER. Third problem, the fans run up and down and cycle when using the computer, even when just surfing the web. I had to go into the BIOS and make custom fan profiles to alleviate this annoyance. Again, this wasn't a major problem, but still shouldn't have to be done by the end user buying a prebuild. Fourth problem, and this one is the doozy. I cannot get 5.1 surround sound out of the back audio ports. This computer came with an ASROCK Z590-C/ac motherboard. It has three connectors for audio related input/outputs that are assignable to get 5.1 or even 7.1 surround. But all this will do is give me stereo sound through a Logitech Z906 system. For days, I've had to try to figure out why the jacks will NOT be reassigned as they are supposed too. I've gone to ASROCK's website to download drivers for this motherboard directly from them, went to Realtek to download drivers, and the iBUYPOWER website is absolutely useless for support and drivers. No matter what, this PC will NOT recognize 5.1 sound. Inexcusable. Furthermore, attempting to contact iBUYPOWER for tech support has been fruitless. They are only open during the week, certain hours. They were not open on Black Friday. But sales sure was, which I found out after calling the Tech support number, stayed on hold for about an hour, then the rep told me, we are only open for sales today. I have never been so disgusted with a PC in decades of PC use. I would not recommend iBUYPOWER to anyone. Ever. Stay far away. Go with another company that prebuilds.
