Great buy for your buck!

Setup and installation was super easy, and everything runs smoothly and quietly. There are more than enough hard drive space to store my documents, photos, music collection and more.

Windows broke this computer

I waited a week for it to get delivered to the store and once I got it home and tried to activate windows it crashed. Was stuck on the boot screen and was completely unresponsive. Called Microsoft support and did what they suggested and attempted to boot the PC from a flash drive with windows 10 installed. That didn’t work so I spent an hour on the phone with Best Buy. Long story short I returned this PC to Best Buy after days of terrible technical support having only turned it on and activating windows.

Take the time to find out how to connect it properly. Most of the ports on the back of the tower are disconnected. Plug the monitor into one of the ports on the back of the graphic card. Simple fix.

great pc for beginners
