Overall, I really like this. Pros: 1) Once set up it does cool your coffee/tea within 1-2 minutes. 2) Little work cleaning after use. 3) Besides occassional complete cleaning, just the metal cup and top need to be rinsed after use and it refreezes quickly since one hot drink doesn't melt much of the ice. Cons: 1) Kind of small. The medium setting on my Keurig fills it nearly to the top. It looks huge but the majority of the space is taken up by the 2 very large ice compartments. 2) Initial setup is different than I thought. It seemed like you could just add ice to the ice compartments and then add your drink. You actually have to use the smaller ice compartment to measure and fill the large one with water and then fill the small one with water. 3) Make sure you have enough room in your freezer to allow this to stand upright completely flat since it isn't totally watertight and will leak until it's completely frozen.

I love the convenience of the HyperChiller and the fact that I know my iced coffee isn't diluted! I have it in the freezer at work, also, so I can have it anytime. This has saved me so much money already, compared to buying my iced coffee at a store. I've told everyone about it! Someone told me that it's great at cooling wine, too!

This product was exactly what the description says it will. It takes hot coffee and makes it nice cold within two minutes.

I was under the impression that it would make iced coffee in more than one cup, unfortunately that is not the case, since u have to refreeze after the first use.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it. I’m a huge coffee drinker so it’s nice to be able to have iced coffee straight from my keurig without having to water it down with ice trying to get it cold or having to stick it in the freezer or fridge for a while. Bought as a gift for my Dad. He uses it as a quick way to make Vietnamese iced coffee without any dilution. Highly recommended!

Love coffee but prefer it iced and I hate it watered down.. This solves both of those problems.. Only down side is that it only holds 8oz at a time.
