The clock does not tell the time correctly and turns off by itself. I tried to exchange at Best Buy puyallup and was denied. They said I was 2 days too late. I then contacted iHome and was told I have to pay to get it shipped to be fixed. I would not recommend this alarm clock. It’s unfortunate Best Buy doesn’t stand by the product they sell.

1. Remove the batteries from the unit.
2. Unplug the unit from its power source (AC adapter).
3. Wait 20 minutes.
4. Plug the unit into a power source (without batteries).
If normal operation is restored, insert "new" batteries into the unit.
If the problem persists, please contact our Support Team at 1-800-288-2792 so we can discuss warranty options.

Posted .The iPhone 6 is not compatible with the iBTW39. Apple did not include Qi charging as a features until the iPhone 8 was released.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product for a boyfriend and firstly, there were ZERO cables in the box so I couldn’t even turn the stupid thing on. I found a random charger in a junk drawer and used that instead. Then, the charger never EVER has worked once for me. The iPhone X will not charge on it even after speaking to customer service which was not useful at all. The music quality is not the best and since there was no cables there was also no manual and we had to attempt To find the manual online. I can’t wait to return this product because it’s an awful gift to give or receive.

Posted .We are sorry to hear about this situation. It sounds like you purchased an open box item from Best Buy. Please return to the store and exchange the unit. Be sure it is factory sealed and verify the iHome adapter is 9V, 3A (300mA). There user manual is always folded and in the box. The iPhone X will charge on the Qi Charging pad as long as there are not object blocking such as a pop socket or metal case. Plastic cases are fine.
